Roadrunner subcontracted the transport of my car to Car Pull Inc. My car was delivered damaged. I had my vehicle repaired via my personal insurance. Thus far Car Pull has not responded to inquiries from my insurance company. The men and women at Car Pull are very unprofessional and irresponsible. As long as Roadrunner continues to use Car Pull, I recommend that consumers avoid both companies.
This company was great. My car came from Boston to San Diego. The driver kept me well informed as to his location. My car came 7 days later as promised. I would highly recommend them. Don't forget to tip your driver too.
Did as promised fast
No problem and arrived before expected
I received my vehicle later than I was told... company had to wait to get a transport truck from the dock in LA. I was told I would have it arrive at my door by March 9th at the latest. It arrived on March 19th. Each time I would call customer service was very rude and acted as though I was bothering them. I explained that I'd been renting a car while waiting on my vehicle to arrive.
The final disaster was that the transport driver did not bring my vehicle to my door as I paid for but called me and ordered me to pick it up at Walmart which is 15 minutes from my home.
When I went to where is was I found my car in the center of 4 lane traffic, dumped on 54 HWY. In the center median. It was raining and I had to cross 2 lanes of traffic to get to my car. The man was very unpleasant and demanded that I inspect my car there, while 2 lanes of traffic was to my left and 2 lanes of traffic was on the right of my car.
I could not do a proper inspection as it was raining and honestly I was terrified someone would run over me or slide into my car. It was EXTREMELY dangerous and I was terrified! Very unhappy with your customer service and with the rude and unprofessional behavior of the transport driver.

Overall experience was good. Just one deep scratch on the hood.
