I spoke with a representative with Roadrunner May 9th. I told the salesman that I will be spending the summer in Colorado and I needed my vehicle picked up on either Tuesday the 12th Wednesday the 13th or Thursday the 14th because I was flying to Colorado on that Friday morning the 15th. The salesman told me that to confirm a pickup within the window of Tuesday June 12 thru Thursday June 14th I would need to sign up soon so that they would guarantee a pickup on one of those days. I used Roadrunner a few years ago so I decided to use them again. I booked the reservation May 15th one month out. Their price was not the cheapest however since I had only three days to get it picked up I decided that I would pay the extra amount. The price was $895.00 and gave my credit card as a deposit. I contacted Roadrunner each of the days and was told a carrier will be assigned shortly and not to worry. On Thursday since I was desperate and wanted to talk to someone in management I called several times. With no return phone calls. I now have an auto rented for the summer which will cost me approximately $3,000.00. A week later a representative called me to hopefully not give a bad report.

My vehicle was not delivered to me on the date expected from CA to GA. The day I was suppose to be expecting it I called to ask about the drop off. I was told it was not arriving because the trailer broke down in Arizona. At this point it was already a week later. I wouldn't have known about this situation if I did not call. The deliver was delayed another week because of this trailer issue. My problem was that I was not informed about anything at all until I called. I wouldn't have not been so upset about not getting my car on time if the communication was not lacking. I finally got my car after having to change the drop off location the day before expected delivery. I expected a better experience because of the great reputation of the company. I was disappointed.
