If negative ratings were an option I would have chosen that. This business is unprofessional and they are also secretive and withholding. I had booked to have my car shipped from Philadelphia to San Diego and was quoted 7 to 9 days. I received numerous calls and emails until the moment my car was picked up and the money had been taken out of my account. From then on I was not able to contact any customer service representative almost every time I called. I left voicemails, emails, and messages with their online representative us to provide a location and estimated arrival date of my car without any response. When I would call and get on the line with a live representative, when they learned I already booked and wanted an update they would immediately forward me to voicemail. On multiple occasions once they took my name they actually hung up on me! I was told the car would arrive on four different days, and it did not arrive. During this entire time not once was I able to be given an update on the location or status of my vehicle. It was after TWO WEEKS time and me threatening to report my vehicle stolen and to contact an attorney, my car then suddenly appeared. I was given no call in advance. They were dishonest and knew that clearly when avoiding contact with me. By being dishonest they caused the customer added stress, and financial burden for compensation of lost time during an already stressful time. They clearly do not value the customer.
Please do not support this business, they are secretive and withholding.
Not good. Cancelled my order after two weeks of waiting. Then doubled my original quote to $1200 with a hard sell pitch about no haulers. I'm very skeptical about the whole thing. I will say they communicate because I talked to or got messages from at least six reps.
My car was picked up two weeks late. I was told it would be picked up on time--each day, there was an excuse as to why it was not yet picked up. It was very, very difficult to get in touch with anyone. It took me calling about 10 times to get 1 call back, and I almost never got straight answers. Overall a stressful, confusing, and difficult experience.
The service was great. There was a little bit of communication issues when the driver picked up the car, and later when the car was being dropped off. But the car was received and in the same condition it left. Thank you
It was great but I would have appreciated a little more communication. The guy who picked up our car and dropped it off was SUPER great! I would defiantly use him again!
The pick up was more difficult than it should be. I requested a specific day, if there is actual 2 day window then that needs to be clear from the outset. Your customer service number and website were incredibly difficult to find and rarely returned messages. While the driver eventually kept his promise of picking up the car as requested there was significant time spent calling and pushing them to do so. It shouldn't be this difficult to keep a deadline. The drop off was within the expected time and the drive was extremely accommodating, and thats how it should be on both ends.
Missed requested pick up by 10 days, price quote increases three times before pickup and one time during transport by the driver. Roadrunner has the worst telephone answering and horrible customer service. Shipper beware. Look around it will save you time and money if you go with someone else.

I left Craig Ericson two phone messages but have not received a phone call. I still have questions and would appreciate a return phone call.
The car was not picked up as planned. On the day of the prearranged pickup, Roadrunner could not say when the car would be picked up. We had to cancel the pickup and make arrangements with another carrier.
I woul not recommend Roadrunner.

Simple and straight forward. Would have liked to talk to a person but there was no answer for 2 days at the number provided. The vehicle arrived in the same condition it left the dealership and arrived a day ahead of schedule. Overall very pleased with the whole process.
Great communication until the order was placed, then it was difficult to reach anyone in customer service.

Answer: Via the website it was pretty easy and they called once. But, when giving updates, they didn't call as promised and just emailed.
Answer: There are many shipping brokers and definitely do your research. I've shipped over 12 times and this has been the absolute worse experience I've ever had.
Answer: 8 days after I paid extra money than initially asked for
