Shopping "experience" was fine. Once I made my reservation it was very difficult to get a hold of someone. The phone would ring and ring and then go to voicemail, when I knew they were open for business. I don't know why they said I could track my shipment. Because that pretty much just told me when it got picked up and dropped off, like the dominoes pizza tracker. Duh. I was hoping for some Interactive thing where I could see what state my car was in. Also, I won't knock a whole company because I had a poor experience with my driver. But the driver was 36 hours off with his estimate on both ends. Meaning, he called me the day of and said he will be there in a few hours to pick it up. And did not arrive until the following evening. For drop off, he told me his truck broke down an hour away and would send a taxi for me to meet him there and I would have to drive it back. I thought that was sketchy so I called the company, and could not get a hold of anyone during business hours. So I had to open the chat on their website and wait for 20 minutes for somebody to respond back, after getting transferred chat people three times. Even then they just said they would contact the driver and didn't call me after I requested they do. There's got to be a better experience out there than this, especially since I paid more for someone 'reputable.'

A person assigned to deliver my vehicle did bring the vehicle to Northeast Ohio. He never delivered it directly to my house as was scheduled per Roadrunner. He called on July 4 stating that he had my vehicle and that if I wanted it I had to come pick it up where he left it. He stated he was going out of the country and will not be back for three weeks. Therefore, if I wanted my car I would have to come and get it. I did point out that Roadrunner guarantee was to drop it off at my house. He started to yell at me. He was extremely rude and confrontational and stated that he was not able to do this because he had to be at the airport that evening. I therefore had to get my 19-year-old daughter and drive approximately one hour to a drop off location for the car which was not in a safe neighborhood and was basically a deserted parking lot. I paid top dollar to Roadrunner, and got terrible service. Thank God I was able to retrieve my car. After finally getting in touch with Roadrunner, there was NO adjustment to my bill for this horrible incomplete service. I will NEVER use them again!
Once I sent in the deposit, I couldn't reach the guy who was so caring and always in communication ever again. I'd leave messages over and over. Nothing. Finally I reached someone somewhere who actually returned a call. Very frustrating. I didn't know if it was going to be a week or a month before my car was picked up. Finally, a driver gave me 1 hour's notice that he was picking up the car. The guy who picked it up was very nice and the car got to its destination. Happy ending to frustrating transaction.
The pickup of my car was not on the date it was promised though it was communicated two weeks before. No one communicated on the delay. Need to call multiple times to get an answer on why it is taking long?
When they get someone tonpuckup my car they jacked up the price by $200. It cost another $250 as I have to rent a car till it was delivered. Not a pleasant experience at all.
Pick up schedules kept changing. Any inquiry got me an answer saying 'wait'. It was different in the stage of begining. Please keep service level steady and stable.

Although it took a few days for a response for an inquiry regarding my pickup- They apologized for the miscommunication and did everything possible to confirm my arrangements. Once the carrier was arranged it was smooth and my car arrived on time and just fine! I'd work with them again.

The transport could not come to our house, so we had to meet him at another location. Other than that, it was a good experience.
After reviewing the quote online, I received a call from Joaquin, who was very helpful. I didn't book my car right away, but he called back for a follow up a week later and left a voicemail. I couldn't understand what his extension was and when I called, I was never able to get a hold of him. So I went back online and requested a new quote, no return call, so I booked my car online. My car was supposed to be picked up on a Thursday, and by that Tuesday, there was still no carrier. I called and they confirmed that the date and time were still on track. No one came that day. I called four times that day and the line would be disconnected because no one was available to talk from the company. Finally, after hitting different option numbers on the phone, I had a representative who could only tell me that unfortunately there was no one who could take my car at the date agreed upon, and they had no idea when it would be picked up. Then, after a week, when my car was able to be picked up, the price jumped up another $300. I was told that this was because I booked online and not through a representative. We had no choice but to pay, since I had already moved across the country and needed my car ASAP, and knew that this was our best chance of getting the car here the fastest. So we paid, but then we are told that it either needs to be cash or money order to the driver, and payment was at pickup and delivery. My car arrived safely with no damage, that is the only thing, beside's Joaquin's customer service, that we are happy about. Maybe all of this is in the fine print, but it should be front and center of your website. Pickup date is when there is a carrier, not when the customer needs it, and the price is not as it quotes online.
Eileen and Dominic were easy to talk to they took care if everything. The couple who picked up our car were friendly answered all our questions. Our car delivered on time in perfect condition.

Worst experience I ever had with company, numerous calls to company without response or call back. Contracted to Z&S. Had to make numerous calls. Didn't show up on scheduled pickup date or call. Had to keep calling them. Then was kept in dark for week after they picked up my car. Had to keep calling them every day. They kept changing delivery ETA every day. Horrible experience with something important like car!.
Only issue was that they raised the price and did not stand by their quote. I was not disappointed with service, but the quote should be honored.
The process is fast and easy and I like it.

Answer: Via the website it was pretty easy and they called once. But, when giving updates, they didn't call as promised and just emailed.
Answer: There are many shipping brokers and definitely do your research. I've shipped over 12 times and this has been the absolute worse experience I've ever had.
Answer: 8 days after I paid extra money than initially asked for
