Just a great total experience.
The whole process was probably the most stressful situation I've ever had to deal with...and I was a first responder for 32+ years!
After signing up for the car service, it was virtually impossible to ever speak to any one at Roadrunner. Yes, our daughter's car was delivered...undamaged and within an acceptable timeframe, however, the customer service (with the exception of one or two "live chat" support personnel), was absolutely unacceptable. I still have too much venom for this company to write a thorough review, but can say without a doubt I would NEVER refer friend or foe to their services.

It arrived sooner than expected
All is fine
Spoke to agent and specified urgency of pickup. Left many messages. Phone calls never returned. Pickup was several days late. Messed up our travel plans. Delivery was also messed up. Scheduled for Sat, rescheduled for Tues then got a call on Sun that car would be delivered within 1-2 hours. Going West to East seemed to be a big issue for some reason.
I raised from 4 to 5 stars for my overall experience from start to finish.
It would be nice if it would save information from your quote before you process. If you go to another tab, all information is lost.
