Very clear and easy. Reasonable rate.
Very satisfied with overall service.
I was guaranteed a pick up date and they didn't have a driver assigned. I had to rearrange my moving plans because of this.
He brought my vehicle to my front door inside a close gate then let me know that he was at my front door with the fob. Outstanding!
I had a great experience!
Smooth process
Second time we've used RoadRunner - great experience
Transport and driver were awesome, top notch. However broker company was a different story.
Had a little trouble making original reservation...I believe all ended up ok...
Unexpectedly my car was picked up 2 dats early. This did put a kink in my plans but I was able to work around that. The other issue is the driver that actually moved my car was a whiny little pain in the butt! He insisted I had to drive my car 15 miles to meet him at this location in the middle of nowhere to give him my car. He then drove me back yo my friends house cuz I had no other way to get there. Here is the kicker he kept flipping back and forth one minute he was flirting with me, the next he was complaining because I had a couple of suitcases in the back of the car. I was told I could put up to 150 lbs in th car. So I was never to grateful got that ride to be over. Next I had to wait to retrieve my car. I was expecting it in 9 days, I had to have $1200 cash for the driver. Since I was moving across the country my back was still on the west coast when the driver showed up 2 days early and gave me 1 hour to come up with $1200 cash... ugh! On top of that I had to find a place for him to drop off the car because his truck was to large to go into most places. I had been on the east coast for 5 days and I had to find a location to meet the driver that would accommodate his large truck? When I gave him suggestions he would just shine if it wasn't good enough... so annoying! Then when I finally suggested a place that would gut hud large truck and I figured out how to get cash so I could get my car... I did receive my car with all my stuff in it and then gd tried inviting himself over to my apartment for me to cook him dinner! As if I would want to date a winey little indecisive man-child. On the bright side I did get my car with just several inconveniences.
Very responsive! We had excellent service!
More communication with the customer is needed i think... I placed my request for vehicle shipment at least 30 days out from my pick up date however, not one time did anyone from road runner contact me to inform me of the status of my request. I had to contact roadrunner through out the 30 days to find out what was going on with my car. Still, even 2 days before my requested pick up date, no one called me to let me know if my carrier was locked on. It wasn't until the day before my requested pick up date that i was informed of a carrier. Recommend more frequent customer feedback while a carrier is being locked on. It could be nerve wracking for the customer not knowing until the last minute especially when they are moving cross country and would be stuck with a vehicle if the worst case happened and the vehicle was not able to be picked up.
Due to the size of the vehicle being shipped from Arizona to Michigan, open transport was necessary. A friend suggested Roadrunner Auto Transport as carriers I'd previously used only shipped by enclosed trailer. When picking up the truck, the driver was courteous and capable - per the prior owner. The driver called a couple times, let me know his progress, and offered a couple delivery times that could work for both of us. We agreed on a time, he arrived as scheduled and delivered the truck in undamaged condition. I'd say perfect, but the truck is 39 years old and cooked by the Arizona sun! I'd highly recommend!
Thanks

Customer service was great. They actually answer their phone unlike some of there competitors I shall not mention. The driver kept in contact. The vehicle made it in 1 piece. Price was fair for the service. I was overall impressed. They even worked with getting a a pickup date that would work with me which was important so I could fly to Cali to meet them. Great company I would use them again if the need arose.
Just try and make clear the day that pick up will happen
Pick up was a day late, and we had to change our travel plans. Communications were poor during transit, and we were strung along by a lady named Maria who was annoyed to be asked for an update. Roadrunner contracted the job out, which we were not aware of until the last minute, so we had that uneasy feeling for days, until the vehicle finally arrived. The driver who delivered it was very nice and we breathed a big sigh of relief at the end, when the car finally arrived and in good condition!
Great experience
Car was picked up as arranged and delivered when promised. Thx.
Answer: Via the website it was pretty easy and they called once. But, when giving updates, they didn't call as promised and just emailed.
Answer: There are many shipping brokers and definitely do your research. I've shipped over 12 times and this has been the absolute worse experience I've ever had.
Answer: 8 days after I paid extra money than initially asked for
