I have used this company several times before. Quite satisfied with service.
Regarding the last delivery, my grandson handled both the pick up in LA and delivery in DC. He was especially impressed with the driver, Doug's thoroughness and care taken in preparing and loading the Jeep into the enclosed carrier, and when it was unloaded/received in DC at our residence.
Excellent experience using your company to transport my 1969 Cadillac Convertible. They picked it up on the appointed day & delivered it two days later.
Waited all day for a pickup and never showed! Called three times and refused to update me on the status?
Sean Dillon is a very efficient and professional broker. The over all experience was good, however the multiple increases in the original rate that was quoted did come as an unexpected surprise.

Don't believe the reviews on their website. They're all fake. This is the worst company to deal with. Lies, lies, lies. They'll call you right away to book. Then won't answer their phone afterwards.
Booked a vehicle transport one month in advance. I called seven days before to confirm - they said they would be there. Double checked three days out - said they would be there. Called the day before the requested pickup date - "we'll be there tomorrow'. Each time I called I was on hold for at least 30 minutes.
Day of the pickup - NO SHOW. Tried calling. Nobody would answer. If you press 2 for sales, someone will answer. Sales guy says, I don't think we'll be able to do the job.
Delaware to Denver was the route. My son is in the military being transferred to Japan. I was trying to have his vehicle shipped to me to store while he's gone.
Now the vehicle is parked at the Philadelphia airport. I'm going to have to fly to Philadelphia and transport/drive it to Denver myself.
A week later, Road Runner is sending me emails saying we have your car scheduled to pick up. There's a link to click to "cancel" the reservation. So they can charge you a cancellation fee.
Avoid this company! Believe the 1-star reviews. The 5-star reviews are fake. Don't get taken like me. Keep looking for someone else.

When i setup my pickup, it was made to look like.it would happen that day. Would. All everyday and they would only say that it was listed as high priority. Finally got picked up more than a week later.
Excellent service. Driver was flexible and courteous. He kept in touch with me so I knew when he would arrive and was agreeable with the location for drop off. I would use your service again and recommend it to others.
There was trouble with the first transport contract but Customer service with Road Runner was excellent and they found another immediately!
Very courteous driver! Arrived on time!
