Easy forms to fill out and to set up the shipment.
Pick-up date was delayed due to other car shippers being late with their vehicles. Real time tracking would be helpful as we had a 48 hr window of uncertainty for the delivery date and time. There appears to have been some wheel scrapes that occurred as a result of the journey.
Good service on time and fast
There was a minor glitch in the final scheduling process but aside from that, the experience was very good.

Car hood was damaged when it was delivered.
I should have checked the car closer but it was the next day when I saw the damage on the hood.
There was 2 possibilities how the damage got done.
1. It happened during transport or
2. The damage was done at the dealer before it was picked up.
Your driver did not show me any pictures at delivery of the car but I would guess he would only take pictures of any damage, not the whole car.
The dealer said he had pictures of the car and there wasn't any damage to the hood. He did not send me pictures backing up his claim.
I can't prove either way; I guess I am stuck for a $500 repair. Next time I will check the car at delivery closer.

Car delivered on time with no issues
