Car arrived on time, great pick up, make sure you confirm the dates before you sign. Just because they say the have an opening on a particular day doesn't mean they are required to pick up the vehicle on that day.

Second time I used RoadRunner to move my cars and SUV across country. Valuable service, no hassle, fast delivery, and convenience that is second to none. Extremely satisfied!

You were very difficult to reach by telephone. You charged a commission $800 more than originally quoted.
The driver was late and delivered after dark, very difficult. Got it done but overly expensive and inconvenient.

Our driver was on time picking up and dropping off my car. Wonderful and and great customer service!

All was well until time to receive my car. The driver wanted to deliver it a day earlier than agreed. We settled on the agreed upon time but when that time arrived he asked me to come pick it up at a dealership instead of delivering it to my location. I did so. The car was in good shape but the final step of the process was aggravating.

Very easy to make a booking online. Communication was very easy. Car arrived at destination at designated time in perfect condition. Would definitely use them again!

Called them three weeks before pick up. They called me two days could not have anyone do a pickup on the day request3d. So I cancelled they charged me $140 for doing nothing. I found another carrier I less then one hour who picked up my car. A fraud DO NOT USE THEM.
