Unfortunately, I'll never recommend them to anyone.

We had a tight schedule so planned the transport a month in advance and was informed the day of that they couldn't get to us.

Trying to reach anyone to help via phone was next to impossible as I only got a recording.

Just disappointed after reading the prior reviews. So if you have to have it picked up on a certain day, they aren't the ones to use.

Driver was timely and competent and easy to communicate with.

Car was delivered safely to the correct address.

Super easy, clear and quick. Called before customer service and ll my queries were answered very quickly and professionally.

I felt I was left out of the loop too much. I was not notified until the last minute that you had someone to transport my car. When you are in the process of moving, your car is the last thing you need to worry about. The driver was professional but he could have communicated a little more as to the drop off date. All in all my car was in good shape and it made here, after going to San Diego, in good order.

I was very pleased with the entire process with Road Runner Auto Transport. Responsive staff (able to reschedule ship date) great communication. Was always aware of my cars location and was able to speak with the transport driver the entire trip. I wouldn't have any problem referring them to my friends.

It was picked up a few days late and delivered a few days late. Overall it took 11 days so renting a car cost me way more than expected. But otherwise the communication was good and I knew this was expected. Car delivered in perfect condition, so overall good

The car was transported quicker than originally said, but the complete lack of communication with the driver was frustrating, and inexcusable!

AGENT CALLED ME TWICE TO COMMUNICATE DAY TO DAY THAT THEY ARE AWAITING COMPLETION OF ORDER, it really helped me feel better about booking them as they were meticulous about letting me know who i can talk to about my order directly!
