These trashes ban and restrict for every reason. Unqualified, inadequate customer service. Inadequate game designers. Inadequate game directors. The end of this $#*!in cancer game is near thanks to its talentless owners.

Eventually I did receive my item, however it was over TWO months, after my initial order and over ONE month after they said that it had been shipped. When I contacted their customer service, multiple times, the person never bothered to read my issue and lied outright, as to the status of my order.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I have ordered a backpack and a t-shirt and my package never arraived, tried to contact their customer support and they said it's not their responsability and I should be the one to deal with the courier issue

Even they have a lots of money come from sell the skin of guns, champions, vv they cant just make the game run correctly. The games is full of unreasonable thing and they are not admit that, they try to tell everyone that its usual, even the errors appear regularly on youtube. F u c k you riotgames.

As the title states, they are posting lies, making things up that are not true what so ever.
Making claims that they are doing something, when reality is they are not doing anything at all.
They are using pre-written scripts trying to handle as many tickets as they can without any quality control.
When they cant answer or take responsibility for their actions and what they said they start threatening with closing down tickets and accounts!

Included are only 2 out of many screenshot of how they conduct their support.
In the one picture, everything that supporter wrote were lies due to the fact he had researched the wrong account. When made aware of that he ran away and hide.
Noone wanted to take responsibility, closed the ticket and every other ticket after that one. And eventuelly locked the entire account.

If you could rate something a 0 or a negative score I would.
Never ever have I encountered a more incompetent support and they should all be fired and sentences for all the slander and emotional pain they put others through.

Fix league of legends. This company can't even balance league champions correctly. I was playing Asol, after he was nerfed and got destroyed by the opposing team, why? Because for one thing, I can't fight in melee range, my auto doesn't do that much damage and my only hope is to use my q but I need to do that from a distance. On top of that, you nerfed him and made melee characters more vulnerable to killing him without any problems. Fix the $#*!ing game.

Who in the hell gets permabanned for being toxic. Name me one game that's modern, that currently does that. Chat restrict fine, timed suspension fine, but a permanent $#*!ing ban? They take away everything you worked hard for not giving two damns $#*!s about how much money you spent, or how long you've been playing.

On top of that they don't even look at the whole situation. Someone could be an absolute $#*! to you, and yet if you say one thing ban (probably even even the other person says kys or racial $#*!), they give YOU a penalty, because there is a premade of 3 on the same team of you, of fat $#*! college students jerking their $#*!s and playing league while eating cheese puffs.

They literally said if you don't be toxic nothing will happen (which i've done MUTLIPLE times), yet when you go to the "understanding bans" page, it says some $#*! like "6 out of the past 20 games you were reported for being toxic". What the $#*!? If you don't want people to say offensive $#*!, just ban the $#*!ing language from your game. Why is anyone without uncensored chat allowed to say the N word in the first place (not saying I did, because I didn't) and other offensive $#*! in the first place?

What the $#*! is the point of telling us that there is a patch AFTER we had already been kicked out of game you $#*!s.

I asked them to delete my account and they have all the information provided yet they want me to formally right it out. There automatic deletion doesn't work and the employees do not even want to help by looking it up in addition to the already information provided I'm not writing a formal report for YOUR company I just want my account gone. Would give no stars if I could.

Riot games is probably the worst game company by far. League of legends's toxic community goes by unpunished because their MODs are a punch of $#*!ing $#*!s. Many games of trolling, unbalanced Ques with higher level players constanly crushing new players. The developers of the game changes nothing of those sorts, but instead work on new chroma skins that offers different colors for the same skin! Microtransactions is their middle name now.
