I placed two orders back to back but on the first order I failed to provide the link to my Private Server. I contacted customer service to have them update my order information and they refused unless I gave them basically everything needed to impersonate me - driver's license number, selfie, along with copy of my bank card and credit card. Wow! Really!? Why not just send an email with a link to the order to the customer (me) for updates and edits. Asking for all this PII is unnecessary.
Purchases are delivered super fast. Communication is prompt and the prices are awesome. Highly recommended and will use again.
