Order with you many times but this time it didn't work out. There was a mistake on an order customer service offered an alternative. Over next three days and numerous chats in end just gave me a refund. Lost out on what I needed in my online game. I literally contacted them all day and even up to 5AM. And was let down. I understand being busy but getting strung along and just getting refunded... very disappointing

They take your money asap no problem. Purchased event boosters and I'm still waiting for them to do it. They said they were going to do it for the new event. 5 days later I'm still waiting and have yet to have been taken care or. I asked for a refund and they refuse and a said "you'll be set for the next event, couple days later I follow up and they said "it's still processing". I'm sorry it takes 5 days to process your mistake but you can process bank withdrawal easy! Terrible terrible. Had to call the bank and send screenshots of the messages and no communication in order to for them to help me. 6 different "customer support agents". Then the last one said they can't help me cause they need an IP duplicating app and sent me a "link" to pay the fee. I told them I would be comfortable if it came from a corporate email not some made one and I got kicked out the conversation smh
I bought a product on the same day for 3,49 each. Later on it was 4,99.

I ordered three partners for the partner event however, only two other partners were available to be selected. My third partner has not been available since the start of the event. Currently there is only 19 hours left still my last partner is not available nor have I been provided another partner or a refund. When contacting customer service I get the same response we will get with ExquisiteHotel 23 and tell them to play.
