The company bans you if you retaliate against idiot team members that tank your rankings or verbally insult you. The matchmaking is like gambling. You are predetermined to lose more games than you win. They bait you in to get you to play more. Your rank has nothing to do with your skill. There are crappy people in high elo and excellent players held back in low elo. Riot knows all of this, but doesn't care. They care only for money and abuse their authority otherwise. This is a garbage company.

Riot literally doesn't care. Ranked has nothing to do with bering competitiv unless you make it to high diamond and past that. Smurf queue ruined ranked. The client is the same $#*!ty mess every year. People are mass botting and trading accounts because the automated system is $#*!. Balancing is beyond terrible. And match making is the worst i have seen in 15 years of playing video games. The puishment system just punishes people using the chat and is a huge joke.

Lol use to be a game that was balanced and fun to play. Now its jsut a game that has nothing new or exciting and is always so unbalanced when it comes to pvp games. So just avoid the headaches and find something better to play,

Riot games is a TERRIBLE platform to work with. Literallty no feedback is allowed online which is HILARIOUS BECAUSE OF HOW BAD THEY ARE. Really makes you think how they operate. Unfortunately, they control, so many games. Please, do better. Or be decent. At least decent LOL

Everything about Riot Games sucks. Their employees are toxic, there's many cases of sexual harrassment reported, the forum mods are $#*!s and often contradict their own rules. Their main game - League of Legends, is a buggy, unfinished mess. The client is a Chromium tab that often uses more than 3 CPU Cores on a modern machine, while looking like a design straight out of a 2010 mobile game. It runs worse than the actual game. The customer support is a mixed bag. On one hand, I've had some decent experiences with account related issues - the person helping me was nice and ultimately solved the issue. However, there are many people that'd claim otherwise, including problems related to something as basic as deleting an account.

The development team is pretty entitled. Any problems and related solutions proposed to Riot get handwaved away, with claims such as "our team has 200 years of game design experience". They don't see the problems with the game, because they barely play it, as was already proven - most members of the balance team are really bad at the game.

Overall, Riot sucks. Don't work there. Don't support them.

Lol is somethimes fun, but most of the time the community is completly trash, salty usw. When it comes to the lol matches where you have to choose a character, there you have to literally press the button to choose your character, even though it should be enough to just have one selected and have the timer run out, which is literally the dumbest thing to add to such a game (and if that happens then you get a 5 minutes ban from games...)

Im playing this game since 2011 and i can say that for 10+ years they didnt touch the matchmaking system, its so terrible, most of the time enemies are boosted, or just smurfing. Terrible, please sell the game to another company

I am telling you they just ban some people for actually no reason even though some group of friends decide to report you unfairly you still get banned, I have had the worst experience with Riot games especially League Of Legends and I dont recommend anyone signing up for this game because they will just take your money for nothing, I recently got perma ban unfairly and I sent a ticket explaining everything yet they dont do anything. League of legends? More like give us your wallet and have an unpleasant experience.

How do you expect to keep players around when you add the stupidest maps in the game immediately into the comp playlist (icebox and Ascent). And ban people for $#*!ing days for dodging them. Admit the maps are awful and lessen the chance in the rotation. How can i go from Icebox to Ascent to Ascent to Ascent to $#*!ing Ascent over and $#*!ing over without dodging the stupidest maps you've ever created. Get over your $#*!ing boner for the new $#*!. It $#*!ing sucks. I would've sent this through support but they have made that impossible too. How about you $#*! around and stop killing your game. 86 $#*!ing hour comp ban for dfodging the same awful map for the 4th time in a row.

Overall this game overall is bad; although it may deceiving in the content it is horrible. This game has taken and stolen my time because you need some serious time dedication in this game. Along side time, the bans are inhumane. For getting banned at someone else's fault when you wish to defend yourself. However, there are zero chat bans, zero warnings. So if you want to play this game DO NOT waste your money on this game. They don't refund your money and they don't refund anything. I would recommend some off-brand game of this over than this because this game steals your money and time. Then they take it away! Pls take this into consideration and think again before installing this game
