This Riot doesn't care about players concerns. I'm a fan and have been playing their games for 10 years now and all I have gotten from them is frustration now. No wonder a lot of players play no more because of their sh$#$ty ideas and updates without getting a survey from players. Go to hell Riot.

I have been playing their games for 7 years now and all I have gotten from them is frustration and unfun experiences. The company does not care about their customers and employees and their only goal is to make cash in whatever way they can. Even at the expense of the players frustrations and mental health. They were also exposed that they abused their female employees by farting on their faces and touching them inappropriately. Choose another game to play or company to work for as Riot is one of the worst choices out there.

They try to be funny with an intro email and I told them to stop because it makes them look like they are not taking your problem seriously at all. They did it in every single email reply back to me but then I finally get angry and then I receive an email that FINALLY does not have the "funny" intro in their email…. But the customer service representative tries to gaslight me by "meeting them halfway" even though I was but kept telling them to stop with the jokes. And they didn't until the one rep started to gaslight. I then get someone higher up and they do the exact same thing with them trying to be funny. THIS IS STILL ONGOING! These people are by far the worst customer service representatives that I have ever interacted with and will be the last time I ever contact them after this whole thing is over. I will never pay money for anything Riot related ever in the future because I will not put myself through hell dealing with these trolls of people.

On Monday I got home from the gym and wanted a relaxing day so I thought I would hop on valorant and play some comp and chill. I'm gold 3 but peaked plat 3 last act. In my first game of comp I went like 17-14 and lost my second game I did terrible and bottom dragged then in my third game I was 3rd for kills but the top 2 people on my team were smurfing. In the 3rd round of the second half on lotus I got kicked from they game saying I've been permanently banned from the game for using 3rd party software and cheating. I've never cheated in a game in my life and I get HWID banned for apparently hacking. The only software I had open was raw accel which is a mouse acceleration software where if you play low sense and use this software you can flick behind you fast. Lots of pros use this and it's accepted by riot. The other software was vibrance gui which just brightens my game and makes it more colourful. I've submitted a ticket and emailed riot multiple times and all they said was we will conduct a review of your account over the next 3 days and this time on Monday is when I got banned so I should've got a email back but I haven't. They are completely ignoring me so I have just lost my account which I spent £400 on because I was apparently hacking and cheating when I wasn't. I don't know what to do I've tried taking it to Reddit and riot games took my post down within 5 minutes so I don't know what I can do. Has anyone got any ideas on how to help me?

Hello everyone i will say somthing and reccomend you If you wont get cancer or scam dont download any of this riot game They have trash system and Trash Games Like valorant and league of legend the mostly pro player you see they payed to rank up other way you cant rank up like imagine if you are silver and you want to rank up riot game will put someone in riot delv like immortal player vs you or 2 immortal player vs you and let you lose the game for boosting other people that dont desserve and then putting Low MMR to your account then you stuck in elo giving you $#*! people so probably you gonna lose 10 game and win 3 game that what you will get and if you want get cancer go played have a good day. Watch this you gonna know what i mean this is silver elo and every 2 or 3 game i get this people in my game watch

You guys in Riot games are absolutly $#*!ing dumb, wtf is this $#*! i literally went to a toilet for one minute and my team voted for remake so i lost $#*!ing lp and also get lp penalization for $#*!ing toilet. How the $#*! would that make sense to put remake on 1:30 what i you just dissconected and you would recconect and your team already voted remake :)) . Use your brain please its ridicilous that i cant even go away for one minute while loading haha that´s crazy.

Riot never helps with any account issues, Riot never attempts to understand what frustrations lie within the player base. Do not play any Riot games, they just gouge you for your money and don't do anything to create a positive gaming experience.

Besides being absolutly incompetent in creating a client that actually works like its supposed to, Riot Games released new Skins for the game Leauge of Legends today. And again I was hoping for a Skin for a champion i Play like Kled, Phant or Tham. But again they released the 100th Skin for Karma, Ezreal Fiora and fking Katarina. As if they dont have ENOUGH FKIN SKINS! EZREALS HAS 2 LEGENDARIES. Enough is enough! WTF are they trying to do here. I know its sounds stupid to be angry about something like this but if you like playing a certain champ like Kled you wait for Years after Years and nothing happens. Im bored of this game for a long time now the only thing that would ignite the flame is maybe a new skin. But all in all I hope this game dies soon, so we can all move on.

A few days ago I feel like playing Valorant again, after more than a year of absence. I reopen the client, try to reinstall it and... Permanently banned for use of third party programs. I try to contact support and one tells me that they hacked me, one tells me that I committed the violation myself, I know very well that I didn't commit anything, even more precisely because I didn't even play at that time. They don't even know what the ban is due to, since they don't even have a unique vision between them, they pretend to help you just to pretend they have a support system, that sucks, think twice before spending money on this game like me.

To summarize:
Prioritizing profits over everything else
Doesn't care about players, balancing or anything else.
Can't even deliver a cinematic once a year.
Has over 1.5b yearly revenue and the prices are growing.
Caring for tournaments only, so normal players suffer.
There's so many problems, you can't even list them all.
Everywhere you look there's bugs, lack of info, unbalance, garbage code, riggedz smurfs, scripters, lags, no fun, etc.
Hope this is short enough, otherwise I would be writing this all day.

This company may have the WORST support team ever, and they all just SUCK at their jobs. They 100% get paid 6 figure salaries to sit on dildos all day

Yeah, so I was discussing the ban many times and they decided to close my ticket immediately. In other words: They do not care, if you're banned or not.

In the past 10 ranked games + there have been either 1 or 2 bots in my team. Due to that, I decided to do my third dodge over a period of over 5h, which lead to a ban of 12h. If Riot is in a hurry to have games done fine, just don't make me use bots, my game experience is horrible in the last weeks since every day there are bots filling roles when I didn't ask for them. If there aren't players to play I want to wait until there ARE enough players since I'm playing ranked...RANKED!
