I find it strange that people rate this company from personal match experience.
I would like to give the support team some love, they respond fast and really helps you out.
I had a package loss issue and they really went the extra mile to help me out. Analysed logs, gave me link, tips etc. So much love and thanks. Superb support!

Hey Riot, thanks to your stupid reconnect loop bug, I can no longer play the League of Legends without starting over! I tried everything, EVERYTHING, and nothing will work because why would it? I only had this game for a week, but got far enough to where I do NOT want to start over, and it is APPALLING that this will be the only solution. I submitted a ticket but I guarantee Riot won't solve the problem. Am I just unlucky? 1 of the rare few that gets an issue like this that will be fixed by nothing? At this point I am beyond anger. Imagine if I played for years like most people, I think I would literally pass out in rage. Since I can't even play the game, I have to rate it 1 star, but would honestly go much lower into the negatives for such awful handling and overall negligence to this problem.

First of all, RIOT only cares about its business, they don't care about their players, Diamond and Above ranking is all fake, its a scam on which RIOT is colluded, through a matchmaking algorithm, on which they and their collaborators control the flow of ranked games in order to exploit the market of Win Trading, Account Boosting and eSports competitive gaming, they sell the idea of players being able to climb any further than Gold - They release a Victorious Skin each year for players who manage to reach this rank as its the actual Max level you can achieve in-game - This whole process is hidden as nobody ever tries to investigate it as the community is also colluded, account boosting is generally accepted and tolerated, RIOT games cannot be held accountable for this as them serving as a Tencent affiliated somewhat allows them of doing anything about the current state of queus, Don't play this game if you can, it is a scam and they will eventually approach you with the sole intent of selling you their scam.

Matchmaking is awful in this game. The reason being is because they have winners que and losers que. Matchmaking tries to keep you at a 50% winrate. Instead of upping your elo to do this, they decide to throw you into games where you are 90% predicted to lose or win the game. Ever won multiple games in a row to then go on a massive lose streak? That's why. They don't care about your experience or if you have fun.

At Riot Games, we value the quality of life of our players. We want them to all feel part of the family, and that's why we designed a toxic-free envinronment for all of them. A family if you want. A family where you can swear at anyone, wish them death and God knows what else, and a client and a site that look like they were designed from a 4 people 2 months old indie company. I got banned today for 1:30 hours. I left the game I got a 7day ban, and I emaild riot games. They do not care about their players. They told me that I still have to wait it out not to mention I spent money on my game wich was very expensive.

Dont know how to balance any game. Bought and owned by china. Every game that they are making now looks bad. I mean look at their card game. Look at tft. Look at valorant... good luck. This company is going under just like blizz. Like ubi. Like activision. Any person with a brain is staying far away... bahh go the sheep who play their games

Couldn't get through to anyone there after hundreds of attempts. They don't seem to care about the mental health of their customers, somewhat alarming attitude to humanity.

They have been making everything to make their game toxic and 7 years old kids friendly at the same time which is totally stupid dumb $#*! off you $#*!s phreak i hope you go bankrupt and have to beg for food on the street

They ban your account and ask you to make a new one to try and scam more money avoid they should be shut down

Company is a complete scam, they will ban for no reason you so you will make a new account and buy new skins. The matchmaking is fixed where they put you with loser queues. This company is the biggest $#*!en scam of all time. The Employees are $#*!en $#*!ed and dont review your cases.

Absolute garbage game designers who claim to have 200+ years of game design, but then make a broken game with a buggy client, buggy game, and $#*!ty experience overall. They can't balance their one primary game they've been working on for 15 years, the community is full of the most toxic, abhorrent kinds of people I've ever witnessed, and matchmaking is so garbage even dedicated pros are leaving the game. League of legends is the absolute opposite of a fun time; you waste several hours of your life everyday trying to climb only to have trolls and afk players ruin your entire experience. Every day I play league is a day I irreversibly ruin

Worst system ever on players behavior, ban the wrong player, instead of banning the ones going 0/10,0/7... and if they report u is more effective then u reporting then... stupid game

It happened weeks ago when I tried to log back into my account after a power out. I kept having issue but found out that's when they changed to riot ID. I was able to find the ID and logged in. However, once I was in the lobby the screen just show this account has been suspended. I've been trying to reach riot games and submitted multiple tickets for this problem. And all the ticket i submitted are marked "solve", when nobody reached out or help about this issue. I've submitted another one today and hope will get some response soon. So far it's frustrating. I've had this account since 2015 and spent money on skins, etc.

Worse community ever. And terrible customer service, I have played the game for years, people always talk trash as in any competitive sport. It's part of the game, riot decide to create a pink sacred place where we cannot say anything. I don't want to offend my opponents, never, I think that's talk behavior. After keeping that in mind, being cursed by community members and other players I decided to defend my self in chat and talk back, though only because I didn't have a good performance in the game everyone decided to report me for whatever they could think of and then right after the match ended, riot went and banned my account, for this happend twice. I am glad this happened, Riot is destroying league and I believe this game will be dead in max 5 years. Terrible, spend hundreds I said hundreds, yes, of dollars in skins and always support other players, but they only mind the reports. I never want to download any game from riot games. Just go play something else from a better company. Just awful experience with this game, it's a shame, because the game is enjoyable. RIP RIOT.
