Riot is a company filled with eunuchs. If you've ever seen a single video by riot themselves you would know right then and there. Their company is filled and promoted by trans eunuchs, you can see it in their eyes and in the very words that slither from their mouths. This company is nothing short of a desperate money grab all the way. Multiple people have already confirmed how they destroy competitive gaming through their matchmaking as well as mmr systems. Should you fall victim to this predator of a company, get out, and get out as soon as possible. You will never reach your goals in riot's world, they will see to it that you don't. It's part of their business plan that you don't. Riot will have you clawing your way from D4 every day for the rest of ur life. And after becoming the only player left in your region playing, you'll still be wondering why you never got out of D1 into the big boy league. And if somehow ur reading this post and ur below Diamond just know, you'll never reach Diamond, riot offered personal contracts to players to allow them into these high elo's so enjoy Silver for life in a desperate attempt to climb to an elo that never existed.

From 2020 it become one of the worst of its kind (maybe even from a few years before, but from this year it become the worst). Since I start to play 2012 - 2013, the community become every year worse, unfortunately it became worse the support players as well. In the last weeks I got 3 ban, of which the last one was permanent. All of them were without a reason, even though I have the file (log) with the discussions and the videos which is possible to download after any game, no one wanted to answer to my ticket.
In the file (log) they say I've been banned for flame and verbal abuse, when the one to be abused verbally and being flamed was me.
It seems that the report doesn't consider what happen during the game, but it consider only how many people report you, doesn't matter if is true the reason.
I've been abused verbally (flame, swears, racist speech, ecc.) in many games and even though I reported them (as I was the only one) they were not getting any penalty. Sometimes I found them in the next game and they kept flaming and insult me.
The only regrets I have are to have spent some money on a game where developers doesn't care about their players (at least not those abused) and have spent time on a game where who is insulted and flamed, is the one to get penalized.

The latest release from Riot Games, Valorant, couldn't be any more poorly designed than it already is. The gun-play in this game is so RNG it blows my mind. Sprays are random everytime you use most guns and only a few guns are viable due to nerfing of the others into the ground. But by far the the worst component of this game is its ranking system. I have not played a game with a worse ranking system than Valorant. People don't have their appropriate ranks whether that means higher or lower, the rate at which you increases and decrease is far too fast and frankly I am sick and tired of playing against someone that is 1 rank higher than me and them getting 30+ kills while everyone else in the game has less than 15 kills. Also I might add they have no clue on how to buff and nerf characters whatsoever, and have no connection to the playerbase at all. This is a poor attempt at a shooter and I couldn't give a flying $#*! if its free, they should be paying me to play this $#*!ty $#*! game.

I love league and been playing it for many years and spent thousands on it. They do a great job at balancing however! Turrets seem so under powered from mid - late game. As a squishy ADC with no escapes its very disappointing when you can be one shot under turret without the enemy taking any to no damage. Champs like Zed and Kayn are Champs who dive... kill you and are out without even taking so much as a scratch. They don't even need to be fed to do this... they could be super behind and still just murder a mage or carry that is alone under a turret that they should be protected by. Not only that but I hug turrets and get hit by a lux Q which just happens to be out of turret range. So she can root, burst and ult me while I'm under turret and be a nice safe distance away. Kill me and walk away with a smile. Make turrets more effective Mid-Late game! Make them do more dog to tanks so they can't just chase down a squishy for 5 min and still walk out alive. Increase the range a little bit so we feel a bit safer if they poke us under turret.

This company continues to allow consistent afk, trolling + feeding while banning toxic behavior for calling your teammates out. I've had 3 accounts banned losing 100s of dollars invested into champions and skins. In competitive play, there is no punishment when someone sits in base or afks farms because you banned their off meta champion choice. Any flame is given a ban from beta male virgins at riot who consistently refuse to discipline the other. Get your crap together and invest in customer support... Or for God sakes an actual competent staff that understands that game and how ranked is understaffed with any understanding bots to view such suspensions for losing games on purpose.

Wrote two separate reports on matters from in game (League of Legends), both my reports got a copy and paste looking response. Felt like I wasn't getting the support I deserved even with details on what happened. Got banned for 14 days for what I feel was petty, gamer JamesZero kept sexually harassing myself and team mates with intent of or mentioning seeking individuals out and forcing his genitals upon us. Hope he gets banned for unsportsmanlike behavior. And Kent my Riot support tech needs to work on communication and not copy and pasting.

I honestly would rate Riot lower, but I can't. The biggest problem with league is its player base, and Riot doesn't do anything to solve the biggest problem in their game. Common sense right? Well Riot doesn't care. I had a player go 2/19 in a game, not because they were having a bad game, but because they were purposely inting. Now in league, inters are very, very common, because Riot does little to nothing to ban them. I've gotten used to it honestly, but this player in particular, "da crawlr," even taunted us, and that's when I had enough. I reported him in game and a second time on Riot's website. I told them exactly what happened, but guess what? They did absolutely nothing. I checked his op.gg and he was still playing, and still inting many, many games. The fact that Riot condones this type of behavior probably means that they encourage it. Why else would they do nothing about it. I didn't get any responses to my report tickets, but that's pretty typical of Riot. The game is full of toxic players, but Riot doesn't ban them probably because they would lose revenue. Why else? PLEASE FIX YOUR PLAYER BASE RIOT! IF YOU ENCOURAGE TOXICITY THEN ADD VOICE CHAT SO WE DON'T HAVE TO WASTE TIME TYPING.

I've been playing this game for 2 years to date and after almost each game you feel worse and worse. You are matched with players 2-3 ranks lower than you when you try to climb that can't keep up with your level. They then end up feeding and losing the game no matter how hard you try. My advice to anyone that is considering this game... DON'T.
You will enjoy the first few games and once you try to improve, I mean really try and get better... give it your all... fight to your last... you will get permanent filled with strollers, feeders and inters... and so day by day you will start feeling worse and worse and worse. RIOT is by far the WORST company and GAME I've ever played. Remember... 2 years of experience... I'm not just sucking this out of my thumb. Keep yourself clear and hit fornite. It's what a game is SUPPOSED to be

Games with a ranked system trying to determine whose the best are fun in the competitive nature. However the toxic nature of the idols that represent league of legends as a whole, and the communities around streaming in general; Lead me to conclude this is an unhealthy time in human culture. I hope that you parents are not allowing your kids to fester some disgusting idea that pro gaming is cool in any way period. Congratulations youre a suboptimal targeting computer for a living.

I am writing this after observing what has to be the twentieth game wherein a player completely dominates not due to skill, teamwork, cleverness, or otherwise qualities deserving of merit, but due to playing a champion that is ridiculously easy to learn and carries them to victory. I find this to be a systemic issue where champions who have relatively little depth to their design and low skill curves are among the strongest in the game. Of course the meta revolves, and things change constantly. But champions that are complex with very high skill curves and ceilings HAVE TO BE WORTH THE TIME YOU PUT INTO THEM. And as of right now, the balance is disproportionately in the favor of easy-to-learn champions which not only makes it frustrating for players who have to work significantly harder to make their champion perform and still not receive desired results, but simply does not make it worth the time to learn a new champion with a relatively high skill curve. For example, a 0 and 4 Nasus should not be able to stand alone against a 5 and 0 Fiora simply because he has stacks. Fiora is a potent snowballing champion who is perceived as overpowered with a high skill ceiling whose purpose is to bust tanks. There should be no reason why that Nasus should be able to win those fights. I am using Nasus in particular to illustrate the fact that he is a relatively easy champion who only needs stacks to win. You do not need to win lane, get kills, be involved in team fights, go for objectives, you just need to farm. And the fact that this shallow level of play is rewarded with an unstoppable champion that can carry the team is ridiculous. And for those who are wondering, I played the Nasus that game, and usually play champs like zed, azir, irelia, zoe, fiora, etc. And it was scary how easy it was. You NEED a proper balance of risk vs reward. And Nasus is a stark example of little to no risk, with high reward. So high, in fact, that it barely makes it worth playing a champion that requires significantly more thought and effort to play successfully. Riot, if you want people to play in-depth champions, MAKE IT WORTH THE EFFORT.

I used to play League of Legends about 5 years ago, and had played from season 2 until that point. Unfortunately I broke my PC and hit a rough patch so could not afford to replace or repair it. Recently I got to a point in which I could once again could afford a new laptop. So just last week I decided to download the game and try to play again- only to find that someone had gotten access to my account, used it, and got it permanently banned. I was livid and reach out to support to try and rectify the situation, to which they stated that they could do nothing to lift a ban. So our accounts can get hacked and used by other people, and then banned. I am upset because I had invested a lot of money and a lot of time on that account and definitely do not plan on doing that again. I had planned on becoming a loyal player again now that I was finally able to afford to play again, but unfortunately, will have to part ways with it. I am super disappointed and would definitely not recommend to use any service provided by this company ever again. Their customer service and empathy is completely lackluster.
