First order, opted in the RPM to get "2 day shipping" it took almost 3 weeks. I called they said oh if you put a P. O. Box it takes a different way blah blah, fine print $#*!.
Order of fine but the shipping deal almost made me return the whole thing and shop elsewhere.

Everything with RevZilla across thousands of dollars of parts and gear I have bought through the site is just honest. There is no clever bamboozling to misdirect you, or some sneaky marketing to hoodwink you into buying low quality massive margin crap. If the gear is available for purchase at RevZilla it is at least as good as advertised. RPM concierge is also just fantastic, the best part is that when you call, there's real people with actual knowledge on the line.

In all can't complain. I've been eyeballing the exhaust for awhile, just waited a bit for it to arrive, but where I like it's a common thing

Fast delivery and I received what I ordered.

However the snaps on the back of the liner do not match (they are not the same type) the snaps on original liner and the helmet. Therefore, they will not snap to the helmet.

First box was shipped with no tape sealing the package closed. Box was partially opened.
2nd part of shipment was late so now the project missed its deadline and is still waiting to be completed. VERY disappointed. Not a good first impression!

This was my first Revzilla purchase, flawless all around.

I always find what I need when I need it! Shipping and handling have always been handled promptly and with proper packaging to prevent damage. On my latest order, I even caught my mistake early enough and handled the issue via chat with a wonderful rep who got me back on track. Even if I don't find what I need here (either not stocked, or out of stock), I generally do a lot of my research on this site, so I know what I'm getting into.

Sure, I could buy my OEM parts directly from Kawasaki, but I prefer RevZilla since I can get both OEM and aftermarket parts as well as other random items.

The only thing I wish was better was the time it takes the order to leave the warehouse, but 1 to 2 weeks isn't the end of the world. The past 2 times I've needed OEM parts, my KLR was out of commission until the parts were replaced (ignition diode pack & swingarm chain protector), but at least I could get them both times.

I have ordered all of my riding gear and parts from RevZilla for one main reason - they always deliver. The inventory is massive, the speed of shipping is second to none and the customer service is beyond exceptional!

I chose Revzilla after years of watching their product videos and dreaming of getting a motorbike. Well, I finally got one in my first stop was Revzilla to get fully outfitted head to toe. I got absolutely everything I needed, used the size charts online, and everything fit completely perfectly. I'm a pretty picky dude, and I make a lot of return returns. But I am 100% happy with everything I got. Really great selection, really great prices, and the only hiccup was that my gloves took a couple extra days to arrive, which I got emails apologizing for. No biggie. They have a very generous return policy, I think 90 days, so if anything didn't work out I knew I was safe. Definitely made it an easy choice. Kudos to whoever makes their product videos. They're always excellent.

They had the specific parts I needed and were the only place I could easily get model specific and availability in one place.

I looked at the Klim sizing guide, measured my hips and waist, and it said "32" at the top, so that's what I ordered. I normally wear a jeans size 38, but my hips measurement is a little larger, like 41".

Anyway, the pants I get are for a US size 32 waist! I went back and double checked the sizing guide, and realized my hip measurement does correspond to 32 waist, and a 38 waist corresponds to 46 hip!

Um, are European men shaped like women? Something's not right. On top of it all I had to pay return shipping and deal with the hassle.

I can't be the first customer to complain about Klim sizing confusion and have to return Klim items.

Easy to find what I am looking for and the site shows whats in or out of stock. The convenience, consistency, and quality items are hard to look pass

Arrived very quickly and true to size. I feel more protected in HJC open face than other helmets. Built well and very comfortable.

The packaging was terrible. 3 packaging air pillows, only 1 with air. 2 were intentionally popped by who was packaging the visor. Luckily no damage to my visor. Better packaging and or just a better employee that might care.

I have made my first purchase from Revzilla, from point of order, to delivery the experience was faultless, absolutely first class, and delivered to the UK in days. I will most definitely be placing more order with Revzilla, thank you for the great service.
