Ordered $700 worth of stuff, I work outta town a lot so I specifically ordered my stuff on a certain date cause I knew I would be leaving my home to work outta state. My stuff didn't get shipped out till a week after I ordered it, then took another week to get to my house, just for my package to be stolen from my front door cause I was outta state working. When the Australian distributor didn't stock the helmet I wanted, I bought it online. It couldn't have been easier and arrived quicker than when I order from an Australian company.

The Castor 2 Gloves would have been nice, but the pinky finger was 3/4" too long on one glove, and other fingers were also too long. The other glove fit well, but the hard knuckle caused actual pain on my knuckle. No amount of leather break-in could have fixed that as the hard plastic was digging into my skin.

They take your money very quickly but it seemed to take a really long time to ship out the parts I ordered. If your not in a rush price was great.

I ordered a jacket and pants, Sand 4 H2O, both large. They came on time and everything was fine but the pants were too tight for haunches to slide in. The process setting up the return was very simple since my hips couldn't negotiate the entry point. Ordered the next size up and they came on the date promised. The customer order call was the free back pad for the jacket that I missed on the order. Customer service quickly put in a no cost order and I received it with the original delivery. Happy campoer.

I wish I'd known about this before I'd spent twice as much on the Gustafsson 12.5" Touring windscreen. It's about the same length, but is swept back more aggressively, and so isn't as high. With the flared edge, though, the air is hitting at almost the exact same spot on my helmet and I have better visibility. There's less buffeting with the vent hole and wider base. Because it's swept back more, I did have to put some plastic spacers in the mounting bolts to ensure the rubber vibration dampener was making solid contact with the windshield. Without that, it definitely didn't feel solidly mounted.

Boots seemed great, shipping was fast. However, the box was mangled pretty badly and had "display" written on it. Boots seemed to be in good condition but did appear to be a display as indicated, though sold as new.

The derby cover I ordered was listed as correct fitment, however once I opened it up I could tell the size was off.
