I've been riding bikes for over 20 years. And I have always ordered from different sites and I have never had an issue like this. So I made an order over the weekend which means it don't ship out until the next business day. After doing some extra research I learned that I may have order the wrong exhaust. While realizing my mistake I gave Revzilla a call to cancel the order so I can make an even bigger purchase n correct my mistake before the item is even shipped out. I was told that they can't cancel the order it's going to ship the next business day n I have to go through the entire process of waiting and returning the wrong product. As a customers n rider this is unacceptable there shouldn't be any reason why the order can't be canceled before shipment. But you got the money that was paid for the parts. Customer service rep Ray was great. But as a company I'm sure you can do a lot better. Very upset. Yes I understand it was my mistake to begin with but we are human we all make mistakes.

I ordered a helmet and it got shipped almost immediately which I was pleased about. Unfortunately it took a full 9 days before I was able to reach out and ask where my helmet was. I got a noncommittal answer and an attempt at an apology. I got told my issue was passed onto another department and they should be contacting me. I was never contacted and I just got new shipping information on my order. It wasn't until 2 weeks after my order date that I received my helmet.
Wonderful range of products and reasonable prices, and easy website to navigate and filter through products. I ordered the wrong size! So I called customer services, they were so nice, sent me Fedex prepaid for return and reordered the correct size. Love the jacket.I amusing it in India! ;)

Selecting PayPal as a payment option will pick the default shipping address from your PayPal account and there is not (obvious) view that summarize where your order is going, and my order got shipped to my old house. On top of that, there is no way to cancel or update an order without calling during office hours. But the order gets processed very quickly and outside office hours, too, so by the time that you can get an hold on someone, your order has been already marked as shipped and they cannot do anything at that point.

Started out by ordering a new genuine Honda shift lever for my F4I. It said ships in one to two weeks so I figured it's coming from Japan like everywhere else because Honda. Couple weeks goes by and I had not received any shipping info yet so I reach out. They tell me it won't even be shipping until the 13th which would've been over three weeks past order date. They say they are sorry I say OK thank you and order an aftermarket one for the time being just so I can get riding. Then on the fourth, yesterday, it arrived. Never got tracking info or anything it just showed up. OK whatever at least I got it early that's awesome but I wasted $19 on the aftermarket piece when it was totally unnecessary if they had given me correct information.
Also, in the meantime, while waiting for my shift lever, I ordered a new helmet and size myself up according to their size charts. I double checked triple checked, and quadruple checked my size was indeed in the range of a medium. Helmet comes, pop it on, It's too small. Now that's not totally their fault, as they're not the helmet manufacturers. But if I was a retailer, I would make sure to specify if something runs smaller or larger relative to size indication. I know all helmet manufacturers are a little different. This is what they do with women's clothing that's a tenth of the price. To avoid this kind of situation. It's honestly a PIA for me at this point.
So my experience has been an unpleasant one, but at least they offered me free returns and return shipping. Thanks Revzilla
I ordered a new seat for my bike. It did not take long at all for it to arrive. Description was on point. All be it a seat swap is relatively a simple process I appreciate the "how to" video. Having a place to go for those videos rather than sorting through random YouTube videos is a cool feature and incentivizes someone like me to order from this company again.

More items out of stock than in stock. Finally, I find a matching pair of tires in an acceptable size. The front to arrives, no rear. Email 2 days later, the rear is mistakingly out of stock... rip
