Ordering a new jacket had me between 2 sizes. I ordered 2 sizes so I could try them on and compare them to each other. I lucked out and the first one was perfect. For $9.99 Revzilla gave me a return UPS label and I shipped the other back. Got my refund in days. Probably would have spent $30 if I had to pay UPS. Great perk of dealing with the best motorcycle gear dealer.

I recently got a new set of tires for my touring bike, took me all of 10 seconds to get to the tires and find the ones for my bike. Sites great and I actively recommend it to anyone looking for parts.

Decent price. Quick shipping. The D605s almost doubled in price since December. Less aggressive tire but looks like a good fit.

I ordered an "adjustable" shift lever for my 2013 BMW R1200GS. Upon delivery the product was exactly the same as the stock shift lever and was not adjustable at all. I have sent the product back.

It was really easy to find, add to cart and checkout. Shipping and handling took forever. Items should be shipped next business day and arrive 2-3 days after that.

Ordered a specific seat and was sent an incorrect one. Revzilla wad quick to get the error corrected and send a return label for me to ship wrong seat back. They did send correct one (I hope) that hasn't arrived yet, and my only gripe is how long it took them to send the new (hopefully correct) one to me. I've now waited weeks for something I should have had installed on the bike 2 weekends ago.

I've been riding bikes for over 20 years. And I have always ordered from different sites and I have never had an issue like this. So I made an order over the weekend which means it don't ship out until the next business day. After doing some extra research I learned that I may have order the wrong exhaust. While realizing my mistake I gave Revzilla a call to cancel the order so I can make an even bigger purchase n correct my mistake before the item is even shipped out. I was told that they can't cancel the order it's going to ship the next business day n I have to go through the entire process of waiting and returning the wrong product. As a customers n rider this is unacceptable there shouldn't be any reason why the order can't be canceled before shipment. But you got the money that was paid for the parts. Customer service rep Ray was great. But as a company I'm sure you can do a lot better. Very upset. Yes I understand it was my mistake to begin with but we are human we all make mistakes.

RevZilla is always first my list when I shop for a new piece of gear; I've made several purchases and had a few returns. Each part of every transaction was flawless; products were as described, no issues with shipping, and items needing returned were sizing issues.
