For some reason I was having a had time locating an oil filter for my KLR650 locally. Usually I can pick it up at Walmart. After Walmart was out of stock for about 3wks and 3 autoparts places didn't have it, I decided to order filters from Revzilla as they had free shipping. I also got Ice-Cold coolant.
A lot of tubes are out of stock. I ended up with the BikeMaster 5.0-5.3 x 17 and would have liked a more heavy duty tube.

Easy and convenient. Returned my jacket because i decided i should go up one size. 2 days later the money was credited back to my account and I placed a new order. A few days later my new jacket arrived. Easy.
Ordered 8 bolts, 8 washers. Drop shipped from 3 different locations, but all came within 4 days of each other. Order was accurate and I was kept up to speed on when deliveries would be.
They refuse to ship tires to Alaska while any other company will. Perhaps I they don't make enough money because of the shipping. Called Dennis Kirk and they shipped it the same day. All Alaskans hate the "we can't ship outside the US". In the last few years they seem to have lost that excellent customer support they used to have.

It's was great that the OEM part I needed was available. 2 week wait for the part to ship sucked! If I'd noticed that it was a 2 week wait before shipping. I would've paid more elsewhere to get it sooner my bad. Other than the shipping I got what I needed đź‘Ť
