The windshield that I ordered had ordered has a factory defect in the Lense that I did not see upon installation in my garage. When I took the bike out into the sunlight, that is when I noticed it. I was told that because the shield was installed they would not honor a return. I brought it to Revzilla's attention but they refused to send me another and offered a discount on my next purchase. Why would anyone order another product from a company that doesn't back their products?

There's no reason to go to any other website except revzilla, always had a great experience and found what I was looking for.

The items I purchased were fine, the shipping was awful. The "free shipping" option should have a disclaimer that states your package will arrive after an extended shipping time with ridiculous tracking information stating the package will arrive today, now tomorrow, now it's delivered at 9:40 pm, after an 8 day journey for a small box. I would have rather paid for shipping than to wait while Revzilla saves money an a crappy shipping option that gets it to me for "free". I could have purchased this item from Amazon, but chose to use Revzilla. I will think twice next time. It's these kind of money saving options that companies take that erode the overall experience and lead to the decline of the purchase "experience".

Great selection, accurate information, sizing assistance, quick shipping

It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

Shipping is usually fast and accurate and the product meets expectations.

All around amazed and will continue to buy parts from this company! Thank you

I had never used this email address to buy, I always bought at Motorsports and shipping was very expensive for Puerto Rico. But now it's going to do my shopping store and it's fast delivering.

Some items listed on their site aren't actually in stock and are drop shipped form other providers. This causes I necessary shipping delays and limited ability to RevZilla to adjust orders. Calls in to customer service were of no help.

Got dang these smell good coming out of the box. Super easy install.
One of my bolts & its nut were damaged upon arrival. Made do with something else.

Doesn't take away from the bags, they're perfect.

Call customer service about a jacket return excellent customer service answered all my questions and received my new jacket within a couple days

Ordered 3 items. 2 arrived quickly and with no issues. For the third, the barcode sticker on the plastic bag was for the correct item (moto pants) but a completely different item (a jersey) was actually in the bag. Had to call CS and email photos etc. Still waiting for a resolution. Presumably I'll get the pants eventually but it's definitely a hassle and a bit disappointing. That said, the CS rep on the phone was professional and courteous so no complaints there.

My overall experience was very good. The products were easy to find according my specifications and at a very reasonable price. The delivery was very fast and the product appears to be of great quality. I´m testing it right now but everything has been excellent so far.

My order showed up quickly, was packed reasonably well and was as expected. No complaints.

I don't want to be specific. I gave you 5 stars. What more do you need?

I ordered a steering box and missed returning by 1 day on their 30 return policy, not to mention took 9 days to get to me and they stated the 30 return policy the day they shipped it, didn't need the part after all this will sway me to not order from them in the future
