Contrary to reviews garment true to size, therefore ordered larger size to accommodate comfort and layering. However, garment is too large, so I will be returning ASAP.

I ordered my new helmet at the store and the service was absolutely amazing!.

I ordered a helmet and then realized it was the wrong one. I called customer service less than 24 hrs later to cancel the order, this was on a Saturday. I was informed that the item had not been shipped yet but I couldn't cancel it. I had to take delivery and then send it back. What a waste of everyone's time.

Easily to navigate the site and wide variety of items. Everything always arrives well with a week for me, though that may be due to my location to their warehouse. Hoping to see more accessories and parts for the 2024 ninja 500 though.

For free shipping I can't complain but I hate getting packages thru usps but I received exactly what I ordered in great condition.

I placed my order with overnight shipping. I needed the part in order to go on an annual scheduled weekend ride. So I called to confirm that the order would ship overnight and go out the next day.
It did not go out the next day and was sent via US Mail and not FedEx overnight. It arrived after the weekend. Fortunately I placed an order with a competitor which arrived less than 24 hours later. I can't imagine trusting your company to properly fill an order again.

It's easy to find the parts I want at a good price and easy to check out.
