I placed my order with overnight shipping. I needed the part in order to go on an annual scheduled weekend ride. So I called to confirm that the order would ship overnight and go out the next day.
It did not go out the next day and was sent via US Mail and not FedEx overnight. It arrived after the weekend. Fortunately I placed an order with a competitor which arrived less than 24 hours later. I can't imagine trusting your company to properly fill an order again.

It's easy to find the parts I want at a good price and easy to check out.

I've been disappointed with my recent experience with RevZilla. The product sizing was misrepresented, which led to a return. Unlike many other retailers that offer free shipping and returns to maximize customer satisfaction, RevZilla has taken the opposite approach and now charges a shipping fee for returns. I had to pay a $10 fee just to return a t-shirt. This policy makes me reconsider ordering from RevZilla in the future.

Great products and best prices but expedited shipping is not worth it. I reached out to customer service regarding the delayed shipping and was informed of the details of their delivery service in the fine print that they don't ship out on weekends or after hours.

Ordered tires for the DR650. I live in Arizona so shipping is fast from Las Vegas. The Shinko 244 on rear and Pirelli front.

Ordered a new visor and new Dainese gloves. Both came in within 3 business days.
The Dainese gloves are by far my most comfortable and fit perfect.

Everything I've needed to add/change on my Yamaha R3, Revzilla has. I got great spool/frame sliders that work well. It's nice to be able to put in your year/make of bike and it gives you products that work for it.
