Ordered tires for the DR650. I live in Arizona so shipping is fast from Las Vegas. The Shinko 244 on rear and Pirelli front.
Ordered a new visor and new Dainese gloves. Both came in within 3 business days.

RevZilla is big on saying, dont worry, order it, if it doesnt fit you can get your money back or exchange it. Reasonable but what they dont say is you have to pay to ship it back. I ordered some enduro pants, turned out to be too big. $100 order and it cost me $10 to send it back. Never did i ever read that if it dont fit, it cost to exchange it. I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER ANYTHING SIZE RELATED FROM THEM. What is the purpose of buying on line when it costs you money to try it on.
I ordered a tire that was showing in stock on the website, the day after ordering I got an email that there was an issue and the item was actually out of stock. I was given a full refund and $50 of store credit which I thought was an awesome response to the error! Much appreciated!

The website is easy to use and available products readily seen. The purchase and subsequent delivery were trouble free and all was fine. When I received the product, ear plugs, I found them to be difficult to fully block the ear canal. Maybe my ear canal is large but it seems a size "large" would be nice. Once I got the plugs in my ears, they worked great. In fact they're the best working ear plugs I've every had.

I received the Schuberth C5 in relatively good order. The shipment unfortunately was delayed 3 days and the Postal Carrier left the package on the side of the road in the rain even though there is a drop box just 10 ft from the road. UPS Mail Innovations may be cheaper but there are places where it seriously SUCKS and where I live is one of them.
The C5 is snugger than I remember the C3 but it is either relaxing a bit or I'm just getting used to it. My C3 was an large so I ordered the C5 as a large. I gave some seious thought about returning it but decided to keep it and do not regret that decision.
I like the C5. The ventilation is better. I am having an issue with a low whistle with the screen up riding a bike without a windshield but hoping I can find a solution on my own.
Good price on my exhaust and servo buddy. The servo shipped immediately, and arrived within 4 days; while my exhaust had no tracking update for a week and a half and then automatically updated 2 days before it arrived.
I love this helmet, ordered white couple years ago and just ordered a black one because it has been the only one that fits me well enough not to cause a head after wearing it an hour.
The only criticism I can give is the tire selection process on the website is kind of clunky because I need to individually input tire sizes every time that I want to compare different sets of tires.
All in all, I got what I asked for and shipped in a timely manner.
I ended up with women's gloves that did not fit. Customer service set up the return and new order for men's gloves. My fault or was the description not clear.? Shipping, they move the date every day until the shipment arrives. If you are in a hurry RevZilla is not the answer. So called stock is not stock at RevZilla. They sell from the manufacturers inventory.

I ordered my new tires on Monday so I made an appt to get my tires replaced on Friday anticipating I would get the tires beforehand. Well, I forgot to hit OK to complete the purchase on the tires and realized it after hours. I submitted the order hours later and still got my tires on Thursday. Thanks
