Bought Alpinestar open box gloves, turned out they had a split finger seam. Revzilla gave me another 15 dollars off when I reported it.

I purchased fuel bottles and ims tank for my crf450rl. The ims tank showed up within a few days and was packaged securely! Great all around experience would highly recommend Revzilla!

I had been looking for a helmet for a couple of weeks now as a new rider and have looked at so many different ones like the LS2's, Scorpions, and Icons. I decided to go with an Icon because that's what my bf has so I tried to look for one in my size and in all black (my preferred riding look), so I found one and immediately ordered it. I didn't pay for express shipping but the shipping was decent and it came within a week and was on time. I have to say, I love my new helmet, I already have a cardo on it and everything lol. I also tried to look into a specific LS2 helmet with a build in flip down visor, but the helmet I was looking at didn't have it so that's another reason why I went with Icon. So far, the Icon helmet is doing me pretty well. It's light and doesn't hurt my neck at all, but there is a weird bit of rattling that happens with the wind, not sure what that is or if it's supposed to happen, I'll figure it out later, lol. But I really love the helmet!

Shipped 4 of the single item I ordered. Now I'm expected to us my time and gas money to drive to a FedEx drop off to return the mistake that Revzilla made. I don't mind returning said items, but it has made me never wish to deal with Revzilla again.

Revzilla used to be our go-to, the only site we'd order from unless you didn't have something. Ever since you partnered up or made a shipping "box" change… each time we order, items take so long they seem lost. And it's a waiting game/back and forth. We thought we'd give it one more shot and same thing this time around. With only a small credit offered to come back and experience the same thing, no thank you. You guys used to be the best! We'd order things and they'd show up in a few days - now, exactly one month for items to arrive from order date. That's been the case with past two orders.

Sizing is rough, and the info on the fit is either lacking or incorrect. Resulting in returns being necessary even with precise measurements which costs me $10 per return which is excessive.

I presently have a large Arai Signet X that fits me very well. I tried a large XD5 and it did not fit as well as a large Krios Pro. I am very happy with the finish and features of the Krios Pro. I do wish it moved more air at slow speed and that it was quieter (it is not loud at highway speeds on my Pan America) but there are tradeoffs in any design, and I think the helmet is an excellent balance of features for my riding (90+% on road).

Needed a tail rack for my Tuareg and they had it for a good price
