Let me start out by saying I love revzilla. Now there customer service. Not so much. I ordered a shark helmet on September the 4th and was told 2-4 day shipping By the 11th when I have not heard anything I called refills customer service. Just to deal with the rudest woman I have ever spoke to in customer service in my life. So said ok I will call back another day and hopefully get someone else in the customer service department When I called back. I got to speak to next person with the rudest personality I have ever spoke to. Not only were they rude as hell they never offered anything to make my experience any better I didn't receive my helmet until the 17th of September which was very inconvenient Now I'm not looking for anything free but they could have made it right somehow. Other than being rude

Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. They also wheeled my bike inside during a passing storm while I was there. So amazing of them!
