Ordered the Lindby Custom Clamp on Foot pegs. The picture online showed exactly what I needed. Black. Upon receiving the shipping notice, I reviewed the order and the description said chrome. Too late to change. Perhaps in the original order the description said chrome, but the picture was misleading and the fact that it was chrome was not obvious. I tried to call customer service upon receiving item, but the wait time was long. Used the online return function, but had to pay the $10 return fee. There was not an option to indicate misleading online description. There are a lot of companies that sell motorcycle accessories so RevZilla lost me as a customer.

I paid for overnight shipping and granted it was Friday night so I had to wait all weekend so I paid for overnight shipping for no reason and it didn't show up until Tuesday not Monday

Easy to find what I was looking for and to place order. Timely delivery.

Did not have enough SIZE or Color I originally wanted, so with an open mind, focusing on safety and quakity, I found other options that matched perfectly my vibe, provided the safety i needed and at a good price. I did my research on their brands as far as customer satusfaction and safety. Overall, i am buying from them again this week.

Easy install and quality part little tricky to adjust perfectly but that is to be expected with a quick shifter set up
Great for guys with bigger feet more room and adjustability which was main reason to purchase race pattern is a bonus as much better way of shifting

My new helmet came in with a broken chin strap. I got in touch with customer service via email. The communication was fantastic and fast. They didn't have another helmet the same size and color in stock which I did not fault them for. However, they offered multiple ways to solve the issue. Thanks!

Site is easy to navigate, order arrived one week after it is placed. Product matched description and fitted me well.

It's a birthday gift, so not sure how it fits yet but the jacket looks great, not too heavy. Padding looks great and substantial.

Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier.
So be sure to give much time for delivery.

Large gloves, right hand tighter than left, fingers numb after 1/2 hr. Staff was nice enough to allow a return on gloves "taken for a ride" as symptoms did not surface immediately.
