Philly (Loose Fit) jeans were one size too big. Chatted online, received a return label via email, returned the large pair while the new pair was being shipped. I wear 36 x 32, re-ordered 34 x 32, and they fit great!

Revzilla had by far the best pricing and free shipping. It shipped very fast and had very easy to use instructions. These clip ons completely hanged the feel of the bike. It is much sportier and corners a lot better now.

I needed replacement locks for my motorcycle side cases as the key wore out and broke in the lock. Revzilla had the replacement parts and listed clearly they were compatible with my cases. I got them quickly and they fit perfectly.

My item wasn't even shipped for 10 days, then took an additional 3 days to arrive.
I had no warning, when I put the item in the cart, that it wouldn't be shipped right away, nor that it was, in fact, coming from "JP Cycles.

I ordered a set of handle bars and in the first shipment I received an empty box lol. Due to the condition of the box I assume my item was stolen somewhere in transit which obviously isn't Revzilla's fault. I called customer service and explained the situation to Billy who promptly sent out a new set of bars which I received the next day. That's great service and I'm a happy customer. Thanks Billy!

Jacket was delivered on time & packed well. Fit was good & quality was good for the price.

Amp came new in box. Apols the harley shop in Alexandria minnesota installed the deck, amp, and front and back speakers. Turned out amp was bad, so I had to send back and order a new one. I did so. Got next amp and all worked perfect. Had to pay for old amp install and new amp install. Cost me a extra $215. Wish products came as advertised.

Had ordered a part said it was shipped but never received anything. Got in contact with customer service. They did an amazing good resolving the problem.

Customer Service helped me to make the right choice in term of the size

Ordered a new helmet. Took a week before it was shipped (which is fine, clearly said 5-7 days to ship. When it arrived it immediately looked like an open box/previous return. The helmet had damage to the finish and defective mechanisms, making it unsafe to ever use. Customer service was fine and got me a return, but shouldn't have happened to begin with.

I just needed a few things I use to maintain my bikes and you all saved me an hour's drive/ride to get them.

Very pleased with customer support, lost a packages in mail, has no issues they rushed replacement came in two days, very satisfied fast delivery, and hassle free will shop more, thanks you ReZilla, will recommend to anyone this experience is blessed worry free.
