No real issue with Revzilla except maybe the packaging of my bottles of oil. The box was clearly marked "this side up". But the box had oil seepage on the outside of it. Clearly someone turned the box upside down at some point and gear oil dripped out of one of the bottles. Nothing serious but lets be a little more cautious in the future
In stock items make it so easy to click, parts are already installed and my new S1K RR sounds prefect.
The website has to be one of the most notch websites in the industry, from the videos to pictures and discriptions of each detail about the product. I truly enjoy feeling confident that I will also get the right parts because I am able to rid of items that don't fit my bike.
I accidently ordered the wrong size, realized it almost immediately, and called customer service to see if I could change the size before it was shipped in order to avoid having to return and reorder. The woman who answered my call looked up the order based on my phone number on her caller ID. She changed the order to the correct size and sent a confirmation email with the now correct sizing. She was so pleasant to deal with and it took only a minute to fix. My order was also received quickly. Truly a pleasure to do business with!

I like being able to see reviews from verified customers, and like the videos that many of the products have. I wish that there was an exchange program if something doesn't fit. If it doesn't fit, you have to pay to ship it back and make a new order. There is advice on how a product fits, but each individual is different. Overall, a good shopping site for my toys!
