My experiences with this company has been great very helpfulness. To write my resume was fast an easy. The guidelines are a great way to start for time saving management.

I uploaded onto careerbuilder and secured a job within the week. Love the prewritten choices given, very tailored to individual career field. Would definitely use again.

I have not received my resume in over 3 weesk.
The company only provides excuses.
They company denied a reimbursement of the money i paid for which I was not provided with the services I hired the company for.

I made my resume and it was easy to do. I emailed after being charged for a month. 4 months of charges later, I called. I was told there was no record of my cancellation request and no offer to refund my money. I had to cancel my credit card in order to stop on going charges.

Was treated very personable and professionaly. Easy to use. Lots of little helpful tools in all the areas

I used to site to make a quick resume. It was super simple and easy to do. When I was done all it took was an email to customer service to cancel my subscription. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy

Had a billing issue and called customer service. They were very helpful and got me squared away without any hassels. Need to me more transparent on getting billed after free trial. Overall satisfied on getting the issue taken care of.

This was a great site for me, It was quick and easy and helped me get the job I wanted. I was able to update and add to the resume.

Was an okay site, but didnt help enough for the 24.95 which I was surprised by because I wasnt able to cancel during business hours.

I have paid $220 for a resume that I can't even access. I tried to cancel and they offered to let me keep the account for another month for $4.95. There is no way I am giving them another penny. No one had any idea what happened to my resume and all they offered to do was only charge me a little more money to have another 4 weeks to create another resume. No WAY!

Very helpful staff. No fuss at all! Had some tweaks with my resume but they were all worked out. Their products and services make this a really Good value!

They tell you that your resume lacks of certain things and they will impress you with the quality of their job. The only thing they did was a different format of resume. Just copy-paste thing they did. ZERO english and ZERO accuracy (i ended working in some strange bank, seems they copy-pasted other's bio and forgot to change names)...

Awful service. Poor buisness practices. Even worse customer service. If you would like to throw your money away... This is the site.

Excellent customer service! I ended up staying with the service for a discounted price and NO contract!

They sent 1 email saying $1.95 was charged, which is fine. But afterwards they continued charging me $39.80 until I caught onto their fine print and cancelled. I usually check my statements but only items that are $100+ so they managed to get over 6 months of charges on me. A "free resume" ended up being close to $300.00, extremely dissatisfied!

I was dealt with politely and efficiently. A big thank you to Benjamin for all his help.The service was easy to use and very helpful. I would recommend it to others.
