Be careful the "free" resume for a few dollars turns into a subscription!
Surely states it somewhere and you probably accept when you accept the T&C's but who reads them? Very sneaky and devious! They took the liberty to sign me up for an annual subscription worth $35 without me knowing or being aware.
Not really the money but the immoral practice of swindling people out of their money that really makes me angry!
Unfortunately the world we now live in - back in the day you could go into a shop and make a scene and demand your money back - now you chat to someone in a call centre somewhere in the world who does not give a * where the money comes from they get paid with...
My issues were resolved in under 5 minutes. The representative was very polite and helpful. One of the smoothest customer service experiences I've ever had.
Putting the resume together was fast and easy. Canceling the subscription was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT! I canceled just like the app said to do then I get an email saying my account was activated so I try live chat only to have that person disconnect the chat. So I decided to call and your call center person needs to learn to let the other person talk! He just kept babbling until I finally cut in and gave him my cancellation # then he kept on some more till I just hung up.
So this site allows you to upload a resume to fill in spots I did that and none of my information loaded. Contact support through their chat feature and got tole to use word pad or 2013 word. They said thanks for using our site and dont give up a job is out there.
Excellent customer service. I was helped out in cancelling my account because i did not realize the resumes were not free. They cancelled my account right away and even offered me lower price from the 24.95 but i was not interested in it for my own personal reasons. Overall they were very helpful, i would definitely recommend to my family and friends. The website is very easy to use and i love the tips they had to make my resume they really helped me out. First I'd like to say that for all of those complaining about the monthly service fee; how did you not read that small paragraph under the the credit card info? It took me less than 10 minutes on the live chat to cancel my subscription today, and I only canceled because I was finished using this excellent service.
As for the resume and cover letter builder, I have never had a better experience. I find myself to be rather articulative, but the way these templates are set up, you can appear extremely professional with next to no effort.

This company continues to charge a astronomical price $24.95! Do not use the company! They are a scam!
I loved the easy way the templates laid everything out. It basically fed me what I needed to plug in for strengths, and what I needed for it presentation and content-wise. One word of caution, it seems that no matter how soon you cancel after you access their site, they will allow one billing cycle to go through so you end up paying the $25-ish. To me, I got the job and it was worth it. I'll pay it off my credit card with my first paycheck!

Stop charging people 24.95 a month just to make one damn resume! Most people do not have enough extra money to pay that kinda cash monthly so why dont you do us all a favor and lower the prices!
I used this link few times, and after when I've done with my work I texted on live chat. The answer for me quickly and nicely, in 5 mins I was done with my cancellation. They want me to type 100 words but I don't really know what else to put so instead I'm going to just type this out like this and let that be one hundred words instead.
Too much time writing the perfect resume only to lose it (even though I was saving constantly as I went). So frustrated.
I wasted my time and effort in creating resumes that were perfect for them to loose them i paid for nothing its not the stupid 3.00 i should have thought about it for that price and the saying is true you get what you pay for. Then they tell me i should be on a laptop. I use my ipad for all my computer needs i guess this company is not up on technology that i must use a computer not an ipad or iphone so DO NOT USE i wish i read the reviews before i wasted my time
I used the live chat feature of the website to talk to someone about getting a refund, as I used the service once and did not cancel in time. When chatting with a specialist it seemed very scripted and that they only wanted to give me a refund if I signed up for a different service. After declining several times and blatantly asking the agent to stop trying to sell me things, a waste of about 15 minutes of my time, I was finally able to find a solution to my problem. The resume was great, but the service was not. Im thoroughly annoyed with Resumehelp.
I recently did a resume and I paid the $1 and some change to be able to print out my resume. Well I forgot to unsubscribe and they charged my card. I immediately contacted them and I got my money back. They are amazing. Thank you so much and i will be telling everyone about this experience ive had.
Terrible experience disconnecting. They ignore what you say and continually try to get you to reconnect. Formatting is mediocre at best. I do not recommend this service.

The site automatically charges you for subscribing if you do not actively cancel it within 14 days of the initial purchase of 2.00. It gives no forewarning before it bills you: no emails. They only way I found out was because I have a text alert system setup with my bank whenever an online purchase is made. This scandal should be written in bold, as opposed to the fine print used when you subscribe. This is how they make their money. They could get you to sign your life away and you would never know.
Hope no star to compare for this it charge me for 3months at different cost without knowing no confirmation if i wanted to continue or cancel paying $34.48 I'm pissed of with the price it doesn't help people who is in need to find job money sucker.
There monthly charge is my 2 weeks expenses already.
Had my resume on file with ResumeHelp for the past 12 months. I finally needed to customize I for a specific job application and when I saved the changes the document completely disappeared. I used the chat help only to be tole it's no accessible and it was my fault for using Safari vs. Chrome. When requesting further assistance and a refund I was advised there is nothing they can do. After pushing 1 month refund received and my account closed. Poor customer service and even worse tool!
Answer: Then don't, because they will charge you $24.90 even if you cancel your subscription immediately after printing your resume.
Answer: They will give the absolute run around. I had them tell me they had no re it's of me being a customer, even with my account details. I ended up going trough the Better Business Bureau. BBB managed to recover 65% of the money stolen from my account. The resume help swindlers refused to refund everything they had stolen. That's how they make their money after all.
Answer: I just cancelled my 14 day subscription now. So after reading all these reviews I think I will stay on the safe side too and cut this credit card in half before this month is up, just to be on the safe side
