This site is professionally and simply well done. It is very easy to navigate through. The live chat is also very understanding and helpful. I'd recommend to a lot of people who needs help with their resume.
I feel like this is a typical bait and switch operation. I did think the resume looked nice, but then they wanted me to pay. It said FREE. The charge was minimal, but there in the fine print it tells you that they will continue charging your card on a monthly basis unless you cancel. I have been through that before... no way. So I downloaded it as a txt file and will try to format it using Word. I hate misleading websites!
My poor 13 year old Granddaughter thought she was getting a "free" online resume completed, then, strong-armed her for $1.95 to view and print the resume, and then, they had the gall to bill her $34.95 CDN for a monthly subscription. I thought that negative billing was outlawed, but these folks still use it. Gave their customer service rep, an ear full and cancelled subscription and requested my payment reversed!. Told them that I would report them to Better Business Bureau, for their negative billing practice!
Never thought it could help so much! You can do it all yourself or you can take the suggestions. Angie was great! If you have ANY problems use the live chat feature. They will make it RIGHT!
Not useful online site. Format in the "skills" section leaves blank lines and randomnly re-orders everything with one or more blank lines in between. On-line chat was useless in resolving this. Also, when exporting to word doc, it leaves the bullets hard-formatted to the document so it is impossible to change. After 2 hours, I re-built the resume myself on word... using same set-up they had. Waste of $25.
They'll sign you up for a subscription without you knowing. They'll charge you without you knowing, and when you call to cancel they are absolutely no help. I managed to get my refund, thankfully only missing a month. The website is an absolute mess, and I don't believe who I talked to was a real person. Please go somehwere else.
Buyer beware... Make sure you read the terms and agreement before moving forward with subscription. With the 14 day trial, you as the client are responsible for cancelling your subscription. This company will NOT notify you that you are still being charged $19.95 a month for subscription. I was charged for 4 months after my subscription was up, they were only able to refund me for two months of charges and I had to fight tooth and nail just for that. They're attitude is "sorry, not sorry"-- due to the client being responsible for cancelling. I understand it was technically my responsibility, but out of sheer courtesy, I would have expected some sort of notification and didn't get any. For that reason, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
The service is excellent but the site deduct the money from your account without any intimations, so kindly be aware of it
While I was very pleased with much of what was offered it was not what I personally needed. Upon requesting cancellation they offered continued options, but not too much, and if their product fit my personal needs I would DEFINITELY do business here. Who knows what the future holds but I would give them a definite a try if applicable.
This company is 100% awesome not only did I make a very impressive and professional resume the customer service is also outstanding! Five stars for sure!
You can tell that each review that begins with a person's name was either written by that person or one person is flooding the site with positive reviews but isn't bright enough to change up his/her writing style.

BUYER BEWARE. Don't sign up for this service. 1.95 at first and then 24.95 every 4 weeks. You have 14 days to cancel after the first 1.95.
NEVER EVER WASTE YOUR TIME. The app froze on me and crashed and took all of my work after spending all of my morning on it I spent longer trying to get my work back with rude customer service agents who cant speak english than i did writing my resume and they were trying to charge me
If I could give 0 star to this app seriously I will. I try it ONE time USE and suddenly they was charging me monthly by monthly for 3 months, I didn't not that till I foun it on my bank. PLEASE be very very careful with this page, don't WASTE your MONEY, I personally not recommend it at all
This service was excellent in assisting with writing my resume and after the trial period was good about canceling so that I did not incur any additional charges. Customer service on line chat was prompt and helpful

Answer: They will give the absolute run around. I had them tell me they had no re it's of me being a customer, even with my account details. I ended up going trough the Better Business Bureau. BBB managed to recover 65% of the money stolen from my account. The resume help swindlers refused to refund everything they had stolen. That's how they make their money after all.
Answer: I just cancelled my 14 day subscription now. So after reading all these reviews I think I will stay on the safe side too and cut this credit card in half before this month is up, just to be on the safe side
