This was an awesome little resume builder with a great platform and many different styles to choose from. Definitely do recommend it to all. Lots of options to choose from.
I used this service 6 months ago to make a resume, and now they billed me 24.99 to my account without authorization. I never signed up for a subscription I only paid for the resume when I made it. I tried to solve this in customer service and they kept sending me the same message saying "your ticket has been solved" but it was never solved. This website is a scam.
They help me get a discount $34.95 to $4.00, it's really a great deal for me. Good communication is great for the customers.
First they say FREE then after you create then they'll force you to pay for your own resume that YOU created. So i was forced to enter my credit card details just to be able to download the file for 1.95 AUD whoch gave me a 14days trial. I talked to a customer service provider thru thier live chat help that same day and he clearly stated that there was no subscriptions under my account and that I shouldn't worry. Guess What? That's a $#*!ing lie, I was charge for over 5 months after that and when I found out and rang them, they said that I signed up and never cancelled, but
I've never login or ever used their service since that day. NOTE: God pls don't even use their service for anything. They will keep charging you for months without your consent and you may not even notice until who knows when. See the attached photos.

Not only did the start charging me $34.95 per mo th because I forgot to cancel, they were charging me twice that amount every month. Fighting for refunds just in the double charging which they still not wanting to process.
Pops up as free on web search. Spend a few hours to build resume then its not free to download or print. I did get a nice resume for few dollars but remember to cancel when your done they'll charge you every month.

So looked up free resumes,, this little gem pops up spend half hour,, typing,,,. Then it says pay 3.95 ok sur why not,,, down load,, e-mail fine,,, then they charge me 34,95 for a subscruiption i didnt want,,, will only refund 1 third,,, $#*!s,
Rep needs better training I only wanted to cancel and receive a refund but he kept trying to sell me the service. Worst experience ever will not use this site ever again. I literally feel robbed
I really like this website to build a resume, its simple, no ADS (as a customer I appreciate that a lot), with advices and have lots of different templates for any of your interest. A great helper in your job search. Also, they have a great customer service through out a Live Chat where you are able to make questions. I strongly recommend resumegig.com.

Has prewritten paragraphs that you can either use completely or get ideas from. Made it very easy and fast to complete a resume.
I logged on, paid 2.00 for a resume. Received the resume via e-mail, it wouldn't download properly. I had to use it as a template to make another resume and cover letter on my own. About 4 hours later, I had a resume that I basically paid someone else for, but I did all the work anyways. Then I was charged 24.90?! I contacted them. Well apparently I was signed up for a full access subscription. I didn't sign up for anything! I just got off the phone with someone in customer service. I was on the phone for an hour and 15 minutes, I was refunded the 24.90 just with being on the phone with them for 30 minutes. However the rest of the time consisted of me declining all of these other offers he was trying to charge me and badger me to sign up for. He kept lowering the price of the offer, "come on take advantage of this, so you can get a job and care for your family with a job because you had full access to this site, for only $15! That is such a great deal, we don't offer that to anyone else." I declined AGAIN! Then he said the same thing over again... but this time for 9.95! I declined again! He then made me an offer that he could not offer anyone else ever again! (He was very dramatic) "I'll offer you this months unlimited full access for 4.95! Ma'am if you don't take this offer, you are being an irresponsible parent!" Lol really dude?! Just quit! I declined again! And told him if he didn't quit making me offers I would hang up on him. I was already refunded after all! So I didn't have to stay on the phone with him, I was just being polite. He then said "ok, but you will be sorry". Mmhhmmm sure. Whatever. I don't recommend them. Such a headache. And greedy people! Just don't!
Once your 14 day trial is over they automatically start charging your credit card monthly any notice.
I've tried to receive a refund from them and they refuse to cooperate.
Be careful not give them your credit card number and more importantly let the time lapse!
Excellent help from Juan Ruiz been very helpful to solved my doubt. I think with a little fee that i paid is reasonable for what i need
Everything was great except did not help with puncuation
And it didnt help with spelling errors.
