Very helpful. Provides helpful templates. Forgot to cancel. Got a month service for 4.90. They are available 24/7.
Really it's bad service they take money after I close the account
And they don't want refund for me my money
They helped me rebuild my resume and add updated information that was missing from my old resume. Thank you.
I canceled my account and yet they charged me 24.90! I will be filing charges with my credit card company to have this reversed. SCAM
The site was easy to use and when I called to cancel john took care of me quickly and very pleasant. I would recommend this to anybody who needs a resume
The resume itself wasn't bad but I only wanted the week trial when it turns out I was being charged $24 a month without me being aware and without me using the services
They steal your money and don't offer any help at all. Put my card in once and they charged me 4 times. It was bull$#*!
The site was not user friendly. I was told that I had to pay $1.95 to email the resume, that I finally managed to complete, to myself. Which honestly is a great deal! HOWEVER, resumehelp decided to take $24.90 out of my checking account. This is known as an unauthorized payment, therefore they stole from me. I had contacted them, via email to cancel any subscription I might have signed up for before the $24.90 was taken and they assured me nothing would be taken from my checking account and that my subscription was cancelled (I have screenshots of this, as it was a live chat). Well 2 days later I noticed that they took $24.90 so I emailed them and asked them why they would do that. I also asked for my money back. I sent them the screenshots as well. The only thing I received from them was a generic email, stating that the "ticket" has been resolved. Nothing has been resolved and to make things worse, I'm out $24.90, because resumehelp stole from me. For all I know, they'll continue to do this. That means I'll have to close my checking account and that is a pain. If someone reads this that actually cares about their customers, please fill free to contact me.
*Also, I read your terms below about false reviews being against the law. This is a completely true statement and just so you know it's against the law to take unauthorized payments from people's checking accounts, as well.
Super accommodating and understanding after I forgot to cancel my subscription. Got a full refund. So happy!
You get right to end of CV (advertised as free) and then they want your bank details...
I canceled my membership the day after I signed up (5 months ago) and they have been taking 35$ a month out of my account ever since. I cant get a hold of anyone and they aren't answering the telephone (during operating hours). They are STEALING my money, needless to say I am highly agitated.
Nothings free don't get sucked in because it's easy to use there formatted template. It's not worth the cancelling bull $#*!.
Easy to use and multiple templates to choose from. The customer service i received thru the live chat desk was amazing and totally helpful!
This company is so understandable and helpful. I did the 7day free trial and forgot to cancel it afterwards because I was out of town... when I noticed my account was charged I chatted with customer services and they refunded me the whole amount. I will definitely use them when I can afford the services in the future!
This place is indeed a scam do not use them go and build a resume through microsoft word or a company that actually has somewhat quality customer service. I purchased the trial package and made damn sure to cancel so that the copy of the resume only cost the 2.50 like they said right? Makes sense and still fairly priced. Went about my normal life to see that these sneaky bastards charged my bank account 25 dollars for a month worth of this. WHY WOULD I NEED A $#*!ING MONTH WORTH?!?!?! After speaking with customer service and the guy telling me i was lying about canceling... well here i am writing a review about this terrible company. Im sure it has to do with the fact these guys hardly ever make sales so when they do there is 0 chance of a customer deserving their money back because i mean this guy probably needs to pay his bills too right? Yeah $#*! this place and stay the $#*! away they are worthless pieces of $#*!!
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Was practically called a liar or the implication of my being stupid. Then had the phone hung up on me.
Shame on you Roberto (customer support)
Expect an official complaint coming your way.
However I phoned back and the second person I spoke to (Damion) was very helpful and assisted me with the origonal problem however making a complaints speaking to a manager seems to be impossible.
Will never use their service again
I found locating this resume service extremely easy and after following the online instructions I was able to create the perfect resume for me and the position I was applying for. The customer service representative, Mr. Diego Ramirez, was professional and thorough in handling my request when I contacted ResumeHelp to discontinue my subscription. I will gladly recommend your service to others.
Do not use this site! They will deceive you and you will be charged $20.00 a month! I contacted costumer service a d they would not do much to help.
I wanted to resolve an issue because I wasn't informed about the monthly occurring charges. There was no confirmation about a charge, if there was one, I would've tried to resolve the issue ahead of time. Being human, I called and messaged them my situation. They said there was nothing I could do and tried to shake it off. I was also disappointed with our conversation because the person "Andres" was typing very slow, yet he wasn't able to spell correctly nor use punctuation. I somewhat called him out on it since this website is suppose to look over our resume and make sure it is good before we send it off to a company. He even tried to end the conversation when I wasn't even finished with what I had to say. Customer service is by far really bad. We can say that this company is a scam. I would not recommend this website.
Answer: Then don't, because they will charge you $24.90 even if you cancel your subscription immediately after printing your resume.
Answer: They will give the absolute run around. I had them tell me they had no re it's of me being a customer, even with my account details. I ended up going trough the Better Business Bureau. BBB managed to recover 65% of the money stolen from my account. The resume help swindlers refused to refund everything they had stolen. That's how they make their money after all.
Answer: I just cancelled my 14 day subscription now. So after reading all these reviews I think I will stay on the safe side too and cut this credit card in half before this month is up, just to be on the safe side
Answer: You have to use the chat function on the website and request that an agent assist you with the request
Answer: How would I know. I would suggest you contact them thru their customer service email address.
