I cancelled well within the 14 days but they continued to charge me. Worst customer service ever! I have been in touch with them 5 times and still no credit back. Stay away... danger danger
I logged in with my google account then at the end of writing my resume it pops up again to have me login. But the popup for google won't work. So I try to go back to the previous screen, maybe reload the popup? Erases my entire, just spent 2 hours writing, resume. F$%@ing awesome. But there was a helpful lady on chat, Tania. So there was that.
I had contacted the company in regards to an unauthorized charge that was made on my card on someone else's account. First I received an email that my ticket was closed and this situation was taken care of even though it was not and I didn't even hear from anyone so I had to submit another request. I explained my situation again hoping that they would understand and reverse a payment taken out of my account especially with the proof provided. The customer care representative was not helpful and stated I "agreed to pay it so I can enjoy the services for the remaining month". Again I cannot have agreed on a payment if it was not my account and I didnt have access to this account. Luckily I was able to dispute this charge right away with my bank though I would have preferred to go through the company to make this less stressful on my end. The representative was rude and unwilling to help me further. Would not recommend this company.
This is a total scam. They take your credit card. You pay $1.99 for the one off CV. Then they continue to take money out of your credit card. I rang the Australian number and spoke to a man with a Hispanic American accent. He said that they had no records of the account. He asked for my phone number. He probably will use that as part of the scam now too. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CATD DETAILS. For those of you who have- cancel the card or be prepared to be scammed.
Scam that automatically charges your card and its almost impossible to get your membership canceled.
It is not really free and they will charge you a recurring fee of $25 a month. So for my one resume outline, it ended up costing me almost $30. There are other free templates online that aren't enrolling you into a monthly fee for something you use one for an hour.
Watch out, you get charged $30 and they don't help you at all. Was hung up on twice, first person I spoke with was rude and told me to "man up" to my payment and refused to transfer me to another person. Called back to hear the first person I talked to in the background yelling my name then was hung up on. Unprofessional to say the least
This website promotes it as if you will get charged $3 a month then they charge you $28 a month.
Obvious scam. Do not fall for it.
My bank was kind enough to accept my dispute. The bank also called it a scam. Told me to be careful.
File a dispute. If you think it's too late, dont worry. You will win the dispute case and get your money back.
But if you have not subscribed yet, DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!

I was worried about having to pay for a resume. But As promised I was able to cancel within 14 days, and only charged for 2.90. Thank you, and will recommend to anyone wanting a simple resume.
Created a resume that was very professional, good service and kind and courteous staff. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a professional looking resume
The format for this site is trash. Almost every thing is double spaced. Bullets don't always appear. Editing tools are useless. The preview of your work will appear differently than the finale draft so on and so on, this is a scam. Nothing you pay for should be this impractical. Shame on the architect.
If I could give a zero star I would. These guys are scam artists. None the less do we have emails saying the date that we canceled, but then they went ahead and billed us for 4 months until we noticed it. Then they tried to say they would give 25 percent back. Hmmm, that's not what you billed us. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said she was on the phone. I said I would wait and they still wouldn't put her on. Well So now I plan on writing a review once a week for the rest of my life with a horrible review since they don't understand how to run a business.
I recently have had a very terrible experience with ResumeHelp. They charged my credit card for $95.4 that I purchased service from them one yr ago without my permission. Then they don't return my money. They keep customers' credit card information and charge you without notification. I have to file a dispute with my credit card company to try to get my money back. Meanwhile I have to fire a lawyer to put charges against them for stealing and lying. SCAM! Don't use their services or product.
I have only used this service once but has been charged $34.95 every month without my notice! Now total they have stolen $140 from me just once resume! They won't get my money back!
Had some billing issues and they were very helpful in helping me figure it all out and making it right
The final draft for my cover letter had a 'H' next to where my phone number is. I wanted to indicate it was a cell.'c'. Contacting Joshua, we decided I would have to use another template.
Very easy templates suggestions and very professional results thank you. Someone is always available for any questions I ma have.
If I ask you kindly to cancel my subscription then do so... please don't push me to keep my account active when I know for a fact I would only need my resume this one time. It's nice to use if you need help with it. But not over time. At least if you need to update it I could update it or whatever. I was annoyed and asked questions when really I just needed my subscriptions to cancel. I shouldn't have to repeat myself. I am aware with canceling it. So do it. I'm not here to continue my subscription when I won't be needing it. That's pointless so thanks to Gerry for finally canceling it after asking you to so. It's annoying. Thanks.
Horrible customer service. 30 mins later they still didn't want to cancel my subscription. Roberto nor Freddie would pass me to a manager or provide a managers name. STAY AWAY!
