I was misled from the start. I spent 45 minutes designing a resume without ever being told there was a fee. This service is a scam and I don't appreciate being lied to.
User friendly, decent tool to use to build aesthetically pleasing resumes. Disappointing that resume builder is advertised as "free" but requires payment to download actual document. Would rate higher if the resume were free, as advertised, or possibly if this information were more readily available BEFORE using tool to complete resume. If you are unwilling to pay the fee at the end, this tool is a HUGE waste of time and is therefore frustrating. We ended up paying for the trial to get the completed document because it does look nice, but this company needs to reevaluate their advertising methods. I would NOT recommend this site to anyone based on these elements.
