The ad says free resume template. You will be allowed to fill in and save all of your information and then see the result of it all in the end, but when you get ready to download, you wont be able to download unless you agree to a 14 day trial for $1.95 and then it charges you out the wazzoo when you most likely wont need it for that long. Very misleading...
I think it should be known beforehand that you need to pay before downloading. Not pleased at all.
I am fine with you wanting to charge for your services. However, to indicate that you are "free" and then at the very end make me pay for all the work I have done is very shady buisness. For the price I would have tried you out anyways.
Server was down for quite a while after my resume was completed. Spoke with help desk found them abrupt and rude

Page kept reloading and not uploading my information. Put in several job histories multiple times and the pages wouldn't load right. After putting everything in and all of the work spent waiting and reentering the same information, I wasn't even in love with the resume Layout. Will not be keeping a membership.
It would be nice to see this site give a little more interaction with the customizing of the formatting on the resume and being allowed to move things here and there. A suggestion too would be to have an option that allows you to open it directly to word or google docs.
Resume Genius was so easy to use! I created an Awesome resume, I never would have been able to do on my own.
Haven't yet been able to explore much of the app but so far good.
Resume looks great so far. Had to pay $2 for it. I still have not seen it but hoping it comes out the way the preview showed.

Why would u not explain to me this would cost me money to began with. The service works fine i just dislike like how u dont explain to people they pay in the end.
I find that writing the resume with this template is easy so far.
Im not sure why the site doesnt take all forms of payment, but online I like to use a virtual card for safety reasons.
Did not say ahead that I would have to subscribe to download my resume. Very tricky and underhanded.
Most customizability on front, spacing and coloring would go a long way to ensuring you are the best. None of the other resume sites offer that either.
