This was the best experience ever completing a resume
Good process, and it did a lot of the tricky wording for me. However, I did NOT appreciate being told it was free to create, but then wasting a ton of time doing so, just to be given pay options. The only reason I accepted was because of the time wasted. Will not be renewing it, because they ask for an insane amount for a simple resume builder on a per month basis. This is not a good business practice, and it should be clearly stated what the items will cost upon completion.
Didn't like the setting. Will try to see if I can edit later. But chances I will cancel it soon.

This is okay but it does not really show you a sample of what I just paid for. For example what is the back or second page of my resume going to look like.
Firstly, you advertise it as a "FREE" resume template, then make me pay money after I built it. Additionally, I had to select a template 4-5 different times. When I select a template, it means i want it, not that i want to open up a whole new page of templates...
The wording & formatting is the hardest part of writing a resume -- but Resume Genius makes it easy!
