Said it was free then you have to pay for your resume. Not only that but the $#*! you comes when its a subscription you get charged every 4 weeks. I would have been ok with the one time purchase even though you lied but thats a no. To late now right? I bet to cancel it has to be over the phone swell.
Dislike that purchase information wasn't disclosed from the very beginning. Very thorough questioning process and information gathering. Enjoyed pre-written responsibilities section.

I started the process after your website said you had free resume template downloads. When I got to the end of the process, I was unable to download the resume created. I never saw a way to download a blank template during the process.
False advertisement, thought it was free only to have to pay afterwards. Disappointed
Everything I saw said it was free. Then at the end it's a "free trial." Of course I signed up, I'm not spending all that time to not have a resume, but that's pretty shady.
