We I went under my account settings I can see that I have the free tire, but there is no option to purchase the pro version. I could not find a way to do this anywhere on the site. It seems I can only purchase the pro version once I attempt to perform an action that requires a pro subscription, which honestly feels very scammy. Serious that is crap, just provide an option under my account. I also could not submit this survey without agreeing to a follow-up.

Easy quick. Although I did get kicked out at one point and had to start from the beginning. Frustrating but it was easy enough to get started and finish the second time around.

Nice template, asks for information I believe will be relevant to a Fine Arts University. Since I am just beginning, it is hard to lay out a foundation when you are trying to take your first big steps. This did a good job putting some meat on the bone.
Advertised as a free resume builder and never told that there will be a cost until the end of the whole process. Very rude and distrustful. I will be paying the $2 for this resume and immediately cancelling the trial. Not a good way to establish customer loyalty.
