I thought the program itself was great... it was very easy to make my resume, and it looks very professional. HOWEVER, it IS advertised as a FREE program, and after spending over an hour on my resume, I discovered I would need to pay for my work. I only wish they had disclosed that information up front... I honestly wouldn't have paid for the program, EXCEPT, I had already put in the work... I feel it's very misleading and almost false advertisement.
You should express that it's NOT free to make and KEEP the resume. It's such a scam. High unsatisfied.
Loved the pre-existing templates for the specific job role descriptions
Should have mentioned price and renewal before I typed all my info in. I had so much info to add that your template cut my info off and it pissed me off because I spent HOURS on it. The template was awesome, but your advertising omitted important information, especially for educational professionals seeking to advance their careers during a pandemic. Shame on you!
