A SHAM; there's nowhere it states that you HAVE to pay for a trial to use your product initially, then I cant copy the info ON MY RESUME into other formats because of this.
The bait and switch is so bad; I need something quick and the fact I can't download the TXT version for free after making an acct, I will be following up to see that my login/customer data is removed in accordance with the CCPA.
It wasn't clear how to add a bulleted list of job responsibilities, but I figured it out. Other than that, very smooth.

This site said that they had free templates. After editing the template for an hour i find out that you want a monthly subscription.
You said it was a free down-load but it wasn't.
You cannot see how the second page looks until downloaded.
I wish there was a way to undo while editing. I accidentally deleted a bullet point and had no way to bring it back.

I tried to use the "free" resume template and it wouldn't open. I'd worked for hours on the not-free template, only to realize it was not the free one. Then Chris on chat was no help at all, assuming I had advanced computer skills.
