I signed up as it said it was free and didn't require a cc and then i spent a bunch of time formatting a resume and it required me to sign up. I wouldn't have done it if I knew that. This is my complaint but the actual resume process was easy

Misleading advertisement saying the resume builder is free but in order to have access to the resume after wasting all that time creating costs money.

I was led to believe this was a free resume through the initial template. The resume looks good, but I was intentionally misled regarding the purchase.

It isn't free. I don't like that it's advertised as free but you must pay for a trial to download your resume. The only reason I did it is because I want my resume quickly and got tired of looking around at other (subpar) resume building formats. In another situation, I would have used something else. At least the template looks good.

Hello, overall my experience was great with the exception of when you Google, "free template" your site appears, but when you complete the resume you have to pay. Afterwards, making sure you call to cancel, otherwise you're charging a high monthly amount for this service which I think is way too high.
