Listed as a free resume builder; spent an hour on my resume only to get charged to actually download it. Now I have to cancel the trial so I don't get a stupid charge every month that I am sure like other subscriptions will take forever to process

I like the UI, I like the suggestions and editability, I like the versatility in how I receive my final resume.
I would change this: Allow edits to the category titles. Ex: "Additional Skills" "Career Objective" would be text boxes.

I was under the impression that the resume was only 2.95 because I only need one for a one-time usage but, I will be billed something else.

I would first like to say the service the website provides works very well. But the practices of the company is poor. Initially I received emails of my first charge of 2.95 then stopped receiving all emails. I had thought my subscription was cancelled until a 24.95 charge hit my account. Actually in the previous month without realizing it. They do not email or send you receipts or a change of status of your subscription plan. They hope you forget and do not see the charge to keep receiving 24.95 from you every month. I receive a 50% refund which is not terrible but is bad after the lack of communication from the company.
