The webiste said it was free but ended up forcing me to input card information after spending about an hour working on the resume with the assumption that it was free.

Once I figured the process out it went fine, however when I needed to add a city and state to a job experience it would not let me edit and make a change. I had to create a new job experience and cut and paste my experiences into the new one and then add in the city and state. The person in the online chat couldn't help me and so I had to figure it out on my own. Another, questionable aspect of this was it says free, however they charged a small fee to get access to my resume after I put in all the work and was limited on time. This was unexpected and irritating = false advertising.

Structure is nowhere near flexible enough. Let me put an introduction at the top of the resume and let my graduation date be after the current date because 2 years of uni is still valuable to an employer.
