I find it rather difficult to be charged for a 2 week trial for 3 dollars then immediately charged for 23 dollars after the trial when a month trial is only 7 dollars. Furthermore, there is no option for me to choose the month trial without paying yearly. In addition, it says pay 95 dollars for one year and save 75% as opposed to paying monthly, which totals 96 dollars per year. How is that saving 75%? False advertising at most, bad communication and layout at best.

It would be nice to know there is a fee prior to spending the time to create resume in template. It says it's free to create, but in order to access it, you must pay.

Your payment process and subscription process is foxy and hard. Make it more smooth and easy to do a one time payment rather than a monthly subscription. Also, I need to add billing address for payment card, why I cant? Also, make it easy to cancel.

Disappointed that this said it was a free resume builder until after I spent an hour making my resume and was then prompted to make payment to receive the resume.
