Your payment process and subscription process is foxy and hard. Make it more smooth and easy to do a one time payment rather than a monthly subscription. Also, I need to add billing address for payment card, why I cant? Also, make it easy to cancel.

Disappointed that this said it was a free resume builder until after I spent an hour making my resume and was then prompted to make payment to receive the resume.

Creating the Resume was fairly straightforward and easy, but it starts with "Free Resume Builder" and then after you have finished creating it is when you discover... Oh, NOT free, but at least it's reasonably priced. Though I don't like having to cancel... should be I have to opt to continue. Canceling should be automatic.

The advertisement said it was free. No CC needed but it wasn't true. It's cheap enough for the resume but its definitely false advertising. I will be cancelling before the 14 day trial is over.

Didnt enjoy doing all that work to suddeny get a bill at the end woud have liked a warning from the begining. I am sure you get more custermers this way though. The price isnt bad though so Its okay.
