Should state that you have to pay for the resume before filling out all the forms. A flat-out lie stating that it is "free". You cannot access the resume without paying and because resumegenius lied, that makes me not want to give them any business. Had they stated from the start that it would cost money, I would be more inclined to buy it. Lead with honesty please.

Said free then of course charges and you have to renew at 25 bucks a month. Only did it initially to get my resume then i'll cancel and never use again.

The fact that this service is a subscription is absolute $#*!ing bull$#*!. I payed $24 a few months ago to make this resume and now I have to pay $24 AGAIN just so I can change ONCE SENTENCE and download my resume. WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE A GOD DAMNED SUBSCRIPTION LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE!? God forbid I forget to cancel this subscription in 4 weeks when I no longer need it and then I pay $50 to change once sentence on my resume. SUCK MY $#*! GREEDY MONEY GRUBBING ASSFACES!
